What lovely staff. Offered to move displays so we could get good access with the wheelchair. Very caring and kind. Highly recommended. Excellent stick. Great selection.

My daughter loved this shop especially as they have 5 for £5.00 as the moment. Good range for all ages and budgets.

The last 3 orders I have placed with Claires have all been cancelled either in full or in part due to being out of stock of the items ordered. The web site was not warning on low stock when the order was placed and when asking for help or clarification from their customer services it takes days to get a response online if a response ever comes at all and phones go unanswered. Any response that does come via online enquiries is always generic, unhelpful and probably just copied and pasted from a list of preset responses.

I can understand one order error but 3? Their stock control must be horrendous for that to happen! Or could it be that each time the order has been cancelled due to 'no stock', the very same item is still being listed on their web site for sale but is suddenly no longer at an offer price?

In either case, there are plenty of alternative places to order from or to buy on the high street so I will be giving Claires a miss from now on. This consistently poor level of and a basic inability to keep an accurate stock count on their web site should see this company going out of business very soon.

I had booked appointment for piercing for Sunday at 12:30 but the store was closed. Didn’t get any email or text about being closed. We waited for an hour but didn’t open. It was total waste of time and journey.

This would of been a five star review when I went into the store last Thursday 1st December when the staff were polite friendly and willing to help so that is the reason I'm giving 2 and not 1 I went in there yesterday some when after 4 and the lady working there was rude and not willing to leave the chair were they do the ear piercing I find it very hard to believe she ever made it to manager with very poor customer services

Had been shut the last 3 times we tried to visit. No notice on door as to why its shut or whether it expects to open again. Not worth bothering with businesses like this.
