I took my daughter to have her ears pierced and the young lady working could not have been nicer. My daughter was so nervous and she worked really hard to help her relax and even though she was the only member of staff in she never made us feel rushed. A really lovely experience and my daughter is over the moon.

We have had a great experience with ears piercing. Silvie was very experienced and has good attitude towards children. She was able to explain everything very clearly and keep my girls calm in the same time.
Great worker.

I like to browse, but the products seem much more expensive than in a number of other stores, so bought nothing

I went there yesterday with my daughter and the manager was very rude, arrogant. My daughter ask her about doing a piercing on her up hear and she said right away ... we do not do that here,,, at least not in this country. And not the first time she is like that.

Store is quite cluttered, rotary stands for jewellery are very difficult to turn, both of which make browsing difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Buy three amd get three free on Claire's branded gear, socks you in to buy loads. My daughter likes it.

Lovely staff, however, the isles are narrow and the prices are high. With that being said, they tend to have deals and offers on.
