There a couple of members of staff here who need some customer service skills training. Felt very intimidated and spoken down to. Won't be visiting this branch again, disappointed as I have always loved the brand.

I second a previous review, very arrogant staff and again felt like I was talked down to! No changing rooms available to try on anything so went elsewhere. It was suggested I bought the item and returned it to Gatwick if it didn’t fit the next day on my way home. Poor nature of the staff means I won’t be back.
