What a lovely company!! I bought a few Christmas presents this year from Lisa Angel from their beautiful arrray of stock. One item I ordered arrived slightly different to what I had expected. Through no fault of Lisa Angel; just my Christmas muddled brain. But I contacted Lisa Angel and it was so refreshing to deal with such friendly, helpful, polite customer service. Nothing was too much trouble, there was no issue and they were even able to accommodate my request at no extra cost! I simply posted it back to them (free of charge I might add), they have amended the order and it's being dispatched as a priority order so I receive it in time for Christmas!! Thank you so much for all your time, effort and help! Lisa Angel will definitely be a new regular shop!! ❤️

Extremely impressed! I ordered a personalised necklace for my wife as a Christmas present, it arrived with incorrect personalisation on Weds 19Dec. I phoned the customer service number and spoke to Anna, who apologised for the error and promised that I would receive my correct item in time for Christmas. Today, Sat 22 Dec, I received my corrected order! Well done for providing a prompt, friendly and very efficient service.

Just wanted to say what fantastic customer service I have had. A necklace I ordered for my wife became slightly blemished and lost its colour and a replacement was dispatched plus an extra charm for free that we were willing to pay for. Will certainly use you again.

My friend sent me a personalised bracelet recently but the charms fell off a couple of times and I ended up losing them. I contacted Lisa Angel to ask about buying replacements and they sent me a new bracelet free of charge! Excellent customer service and the products are lovely. Lisa's rock!!!!

i love lisa angel and am so glad they have a bigger store to browse around now! less bumping into things and people! all of their items are beautifully designed and displayed; they even have a decent collection of jelly cats which my friend and i love to ponder! their prices vary depending on the design and current trend of things, but overall i’d say they’re decent! brilliant place to get unique gifts from and even a little treat for yourself 🤍
