Need to change the opening times on your Website as it clearly states your shop in Bluewater opens at 10am on Sundays, I’ve traveled today and am sitting outside at 10:30, guess what NOT OPEN!!!!!!!

The whole team at Michael Kors Bluewater are lovely. Name on receipt was Amelia... She was so helpful. We were looking to purchase a bag as a gift for my niece who is off to uni. She offered to gift wrap it & pop it in a lovely box & even popped in a handwritten good luck note to Megan (my niece) from the MK team. Such a lovely gesture , definitely going the extra mile. Very much appreciated, Thank you so much xx

Went there to buy a 'new in' bag, at the entrance lady welcomed and served me with champagne and chocolate, really nice of her :), also the bag was not on the shelf but when I told about the style she immediately knew and has brought it to me. Really nice experience will go back soon to purchase a wallet.
