Dissappointed!!! I have been here twice now to pierce my babys ears and both times had been turned away by the same member of staff. Apprently because my child cried she said no. Haha she said she has to let me pierce her...like a 1 yr old is really going to sit still and let you pierce her ears. Its a joke that i went twice and both times she used that excuse. Should it not be upto me to decide?! I have spoken to other family members who also been to other claires around england who said they were allowed to sit with their 1 yr olds and hold them still even thoigh they cried while the staff did their jobs. In Blackburn mall, i was not allowed to sit with nor hold her nor let my child cry in order to gt her ears pierced. Its a joke!!!!

My daughter got her ears pierced here. such lovely staff made her feel very welcome, they have their own teddy bear with piercings too and also offer lollipops to sweeten the deal. Offers are through out the shop also, was a lovely experience

Its okay. They have a lot of choice which is great. However I went and there was only one staff member who was minding the tills so if you needed help and it was busier I'm sure this would've been an issue. I didn't find it to be a comfortable welcoming shop. I felt on edge as if I was being watched (maybe because I was the only in there though)

Got my helix pierced here and was 100% happy with the whole process, staff were nice and the whole atomosphere was relaxed, would recommend.

I'd give 0 stars if I could but I need to have 1 to write a review. PIERCING GUNS CAN NOT BE SANITISED. THAT HAS TOUCHED SOMEBODY ELSES EARS THEN YOURS. Go to an actual piercer where they use a needle instead of a gun that forced a blunt earring through the ear cause blunt force trauma to the ear. Using this on cartilidge can shatter it and cause irreversible damage. And stop piercing your kids and babies ears, they can't consent and the earnings usually get embedded in the ears due to the amount of swelling the trauma causes the ears to do.

came in last saturday for my daughters earrings, very nice girls made her feel calm and relaxed. she revcieved a sticker at the end and a lot of information about taking care of it.

Took my 7 year old granddaughter to have her ears pierced today and the ladies who did it were amazing! So calm and lovely and paid attention to Imogen and made sure every detail was correct and never rushed the job at all. Fantastic service and I would highly recommend this store to anyone wanting there ears done. Thanks to all the staff for a very lovely memory made.

The staff were very knowledgeable and efficient here. My 3year old had her ears pierced and as it was the promotional weekend for piercings we could have £8 off a set of earrings and also 50% off anything in the shop. Very happy with our experience as a whole. For younger children they also do a double piercing which is what my daughter had. This is where they do both ears at the same time which I think is a great idea so that (a) its over very quickly and (b) it takes the worry out of the child saying they don't want the second ear doing straight after they have had the first ear pierced, which was definitely a worry of mine!
