Nice friendly store with a great prices on bags and watches

Great store. What a brilliant idea and perfect n/hood.

Knightsbridge branch. Unfriendly staff and unknowledgeable authenticators who can’t tell the difference between brushed leather and a cotton fabric bag offering me a silly price for the latter. When I explained that I used to work for the design brand and that particular style was only ever produced in brushed leather, they didn’t believe me and phoned another branch to verify. Fortunately, the authenticator at the Manchester branch knew his stuff.

Make sure you know what your bags are worth on the secondary market before taking them here to sell.

Another great experience, i have bought 4 or 5 bags from Designer Exchange both in store and online and can't find fault! Highly recommended.
