My wife just did a nose piercing here and we are very happy with the result! Very friendly staff and walked us through all the process and after care. She did the piercing just next to the spot that she had a few years ago before she lost the stud, eventually the hole closed and now was re-done in a very professional manner. The piercing was £20 and came with the after care lotion (to be used 3 times a day rotating the stud 180° each way). Might be worth mentioning that when you get your piercing done you get 20% off on another product, so we bought a piercing set cheaper. Would recommend :-)

We went there to get my daughters ears pierced. Friendly staff and they did a great job stress free and pain free. No appointment needed. We also love the jewellery and hair accessories at Claire's.

Shop was fine, but woman working there didn't seem very happy at all. It appears they share their manager with another Claire's in Norwich - horrendously understaffed.

Went today 02.10.2021 at 3pm. A VERY small shop with slow service. Also very untidy. Too cramped to push pram around as nearly every inch of floor space had a display stand. Must side-step around display squares. I had to leave my pram just outside the door and hope no-one walked into it. Wouldn't go back to that branch.

Wide variety of products so plenty to choose from. Staff member very helpful and friendly, however, only one cashier in shop, so had to wait a while to pay. Would benefit from another member of staff.
