Fries were stone cold, so we asked for fresh one and we were given more from the same batch. Girl who served us said sorry that’s all we have.
There was not one clean table in the restaurant and all bins were over flowing with rubbish. And the toilets…. I would have rather used one of them portable toilets at a construction site.
And I used to like this place, as we all had kids party here with the upstairs train bit many many years ago. Thoughts who know will know. Such a shame.

Food was cold after waiting for 45 minutes! It's meant to be fast food but the only thing going fast was the lady on the customer side who was chasing all the complaints up. Staff behind counter rude, 'manger' wandering around food area with her hair hanging over it all. Ques was stupid.

It's macdonalds so nothing different here except for town centre restaurant is always packed, long queue but mostly due to the self service terminals not working properly or sometimes at all! Then the Till isn't working or they can't accept cards after telling us for 2 years not to use cash but then card machines always having issues! I sat with my friend discussing important & private issues so sat upstairs away from everyone but we had a young lad who works there staring at us and pretending to sweep floor nxt to us while trying to see and hear what we where doing! Maybe because we how we dressed with caps on but thats discrimination isn't it? He even followed us in the toilet 2mins after we went in and he's lucky I didn't report it tbh! Worse maccies I've been too, normally better!

Standard maccies really. Convenient location but no parking other than the main car park about 5 mins walk away. Generally pretty clean in here and the toilets are well maintained

Very busy when you first go in, hard to get to a self service and the toilets are upstairs. If you struggle to walk, I can imagine going to the toilet would be a problem. Otherwise it was pretty clean, food came quick and upstairs was quieter

It's a fast food place that serves generic food cooked to a minimum standard and shoved in a box or packet. No need really to review it, but if you like this place then you get that it is what it is.

Took forever to get served cos they were more concerned with dealing with the Deluveroo/ Just Eat drivers- despite there being a growing queue in the store. Food was luke warm and my Mcmuffin looked like it had been chewed around the edges and thrown together. Very poor food and service.

Ordered from the self service machine it did not give me a ticket for my order and only showed it on screen for a few seconds. Food took a really long time I could see my fish o fillet burger had been made for some time but for what ever reason was left in waiting area by the time I received my order it was luke warm a bit disappointed by maybe it was hence the very long wait time
