KFC Bedhampton - Larchwood Avenue

Best kfc i have been to food is cooked lovely and fresh, other kfc's have been a bit dry but this one the chicken is always juicy. Staff were pleasant enough. Seating area was a little grubby first time i came but the second time it was acceptable. A solid 9/10 will definitely be back for more chicken.

Always a disappointment, one day I will learn , when did they start counting a wing as a succulent piece of chicken ? Not even enough fries to warrant opening the gravy. Pre-ordered on the app and still had to que for 30 min. It must have been Ricky's day off from catching the chickens. Havant town centre kfc is far better.

Food was okay chicken was a bit dry and not very warm. Didn't get a receipt either which was annoying hence why I took a picture of the screen to remember my number

Quite often the app doesn't work and then freezes on the payment screen. Money will pend out of your account to look like it has paid. Or you go to click that you've arrived and the app says the drive through is shut.
I can't remember the last time I was given napkins.
The food is always alright.
Always get the items we have ordered and the chicken isn't overly greasy.

Drive thru is terrible here. So slow, waited 40 minutes on a Tuesday night, only 5-6 cars in front of me. Service was terrible, no apology for the wait. Didn't have some of what I'd ordered via the app. Won't go back to this one, shame because the food I did get was really tasty.

My daughter 16 and has Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and they serve uncooked chicken. Please stay away KFC. Hire cheap labour all kids just talking and doesn’t want eye contact and you have to wait few minutes before someone stop talking and serve u. Try to complain but wait week for a reply. Given voucher for what I spend for nothing and invalid when show to counter. Try to contact them after two week still nothing. Good luck guy if all bad reviews doesn’t make anything to u.

Would not recommend here if you want quick drive through food…Always have to wait a long time as they never seem to have any food ready. Will use Havant from now on, much better service.

Went through the drive through, ordered a zinger burger meal. Price has gone up significantly of late but I suppose this is all due to inflation although the 20% + uplift from last year seems steep.

Food arrived quickly. The burger bun was rock solid. Clearly stale or toasted to within an inch of it's life. I actually struggled to bite through it so I threw it away and ate the chicken only. Being drive through I was already at home before I realised and would have returned it had I been in the restaurant. Would not use again.
