KFC Leicester Services - Birstall

Made to wait 15min before I got served, no apology from the staff that served me had no id badge on aswell or would have named n shamed them, chips was over cooked, burger was dry, I miss the take 5, they need to bring take 5 back was the best thing on the menu!!!! Wings was well over coooked , ordered popcorn chicken n wings weren't impressed after the burger

Disgusting attitude and behaviour from the staff. Was served by a guy in glasses in drive through. He gives me my food in a large bag. I noticed they had just chucked my food in the bag and items were spilling out of boxes all over the bottom of the bag! Not packed properly and just thrown in the bag with boxes upside down

I was the only customer in the drive through. They had multiple staff but they treat customers with zero respect and don't even pack your food properly

I said to the server in the drive through window why have you chucked the food in like that its all spilled out the packaging. He looked at me, shrugged his shoulders and said “So what you want me to do about it” …..What a stinking attitude.

They just chuck your food in and leave it spilling out everywhere, is this hygienic or good service? I spoke to the manager and he said “Thats how they have to pack it to be “quick”…. He didn't care. He had a smirk on his face. I have been buying food from here for years. Standards have dropped big time. See all the low reviews now. AVOID this place. Never coming back again!

Manager didn't care and you can understand when you have a manager like that the rest of the team will act up and treat customers and the products they service like that as well

Called into the services to use the facilities on the way home. Outside it states that there are a couple of food outlets but one has closed. KFC have a drive thru'. The Shell petrol shop has a very good selection of all foods tinned, chilled and frozen.

I have ordered kfc with Deliveroo about 6 times now. Never once has my order been complete, absolutely terrible service. How hard is it to read an order? 4 items missing this evening, Fuming..

In my opinion this is by far the best KFC in Leicester. Our family all like 'the Colonel' and whenever possible we travel the 8 miles to go to this one.
The service is better and the restaurant is light, airy and hardly ever busy. This makes it easier to get back to the counter after you've checked what's, almost inevitably, missing from or incorrect with your order.

One day, just one day, I might receive exactly what I ordered from this place. So far, I think we're running four of my last five orders have been incorrect. Usually something missing from the order.

Food was FFC and ok, staff very cheerful, and made the visit with a good laugh , atmosphere was overall pretty depressing with a second large food unit closed down and empty , was OK for a quick stop, but not a destination , very quiet.

Used kfc today rude staff cold food and I was given a drink with the lid not 9n properly and I spilt all over my car. Not happy
