KFC Bridgewater - High Street

Me and granddaughters had food to take out,polite staff, clean toilets, food great as usual.

Dreadful customer service. Staff were having a conversation and swearing. Not something I appreciated with a small child with me.

Ordered on deliveroo. Food turned up 2 and a half hours after ordering. Phoned them all I got is we're busy. When the food finally got here it wasn't hot. Worst KFC to get food from.

25 minute wait for bang average food. Staff have zero customer service or ability to manager customer expectations.

Great place to order and collect a take out meal or in this day and age kfc are on several delivery app sites inc their own and you can order from anywhere you are or literally walk in and collect your order or collect your order that you ordered via the kfc app or other delivery apps. Today had to wait over 15 minutes for my kfc not good enough service.

Opens Monday morning at 11am we where standing in the rain waiting and the staff inside just let us stand in train then opened just after 11 am telling we had to wait 15/20 minutes because the chicken was not ready jet ???????? Don't they not know what time to start cooking to have your chicken ready to eat at 11am. Bad service

Avoid at all costs. I'm giving one star because there is no option to leave a no star review.
The staff were friendly, but seemed new to the job, and have clearly been directed to prioritise delivery orders.
I walked in to grab a quick dinner (rice box meal) for my son. In the 25 minutes I waited for my so called fast food, order after order for delivery was made up and handed to the mob of deliveroo and just eat drivers crowding the counter and entrance to the shop. Very unpleasant and unwelcoming environment, the delivery drivers seemed to be overunning the place, making it difficult to actually get to the counter and order.
I really cannot express just how upsetting and infuriating the whole experience has been. I will never visit or order from this place again.
25 minutes to make up a rice box! Certainly not fast food. 😡

This is second time when I come with hopes in 2 years , don't take me wrong I love KFC but not Bridgwater, the taste of food is burn oil same like 2 years ago , I prefer to travel to Taunton to order it or Scotland! Worst food ever had in 2 years .
