When either going through drive through or going inside to order they keep you waiting for to long.. there is no explanation.. to be honest for what they are offering they cant not accommodate how fast the food needs to go out.. the only people I see get through on time is JUST EAT ORDERS when I get my food and take it to my own place it's always cold.. very reluctant to continue eating there.. it has lost the content of FAST FOOD outlet

The absolute slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. If you want to park up and wait for an order while every other car sails on by, this is the place to go.

If you want quick service and competent staff, maybe give this one a miss.

Mcdonalds quality food as standard with any restaurant but where this lacks is clearly service.
Staff have poor attention to detail... at least my third visit to the drive through and I ask for sauce and when you check your bag at home no sauces...
Also staff smoking outside the front of the restaurant isn't a good sign.

Second time i have been and got a big tasty. Both times it was cold and i only live 2 minutes away by car. Think they need to check where they are keeping them warm

I only put a star so I could leave a review I’ve just been trough the drive trough with my family we ordered my daughter a hot chocolate to be told they dint have any so we asked for a milkshake was told they dint have any so we asked for a cup of tea but with Half milk half hot water as it was for the young one when we got the drink it was half a cup with just hot water no milk at all so we went back round to explain what had happened and that my daughter had burnt her mouth the staff was very rude to us and couldn’t care less we wasn’t happy with this service so we asked for a mangers name the girl on the window said to the man they want a mangers name I said it was so we could send in an email his reply was well what one there’s me there’s loads the girl come back to the window and said leave a review. This is very disappointing when you are paying for a service to be treated so badly luckily my daughter is ok but we must definitely won’t be visiting again I get it’s a Friday night and your at work but if you don’t want the job then leave

Wrong and cold pretty much sums it up really. Got a delivery from here just now. Ordered 3 meals and an extra 9 nuggets. Guess how many nuggets we actually got? 9…no…not even close. 8 maybe…nope…still far away. OK...must have got 7…er…wrong. How about 6? Must have got 6 because that’s the next size down they actually sell them in….isn’t it? Wrong again. Despite ordering (and paying for) 9 nuggets they only manage to send just 5….and they were stone cold. As was EVERY other meal. The fries were soggy, limp and cold. The nuggets that weren’t missing in action were cold. The chicken sandwich was cold. The Big Mac looked like it had been dropped…then run over….oh…and it was cold as well. I was shocked to find out the veg dippers were lukewarm, but I think that was probably an error on their part because NOTHING else was. In fact I would have been happy if the food was only lukewarm instead of stone cold. However, the drinks were cold (one was the wrong size though).…and they didn’t forget the dips (like EVERY other time) and they also included straws AND napkins for a change so I suppose it wasn’t all bad.

Poor service, I’ve had enough of this branch. Consistently get orders with missing items. Must double check everything has been provided correctly. Get grill parked in an instant, that’s ok, although not when there are no spaces left! It’s clear nobody is taking good care of service with accountability, or actually observing the customer experience around them. And the fries, why is McDonalds incapable of filling the container reasonably full, why is it normally half full? Why do I pay for a large portion that’s small? Enough.

Zero customer care. Very messy Restaurant despite being empty. Toilets are an absolute disgrace. As later of dust takes days to happen, clean the toilets! Cold food and staff (when you one) seem like that don't want to be there and are not happy if you ask them for something.
