McDonald's

Very clean when I went, busy but plenty of parking. Took a while for the food to be ready and when I got it it wasn’t very warm, seemed to be waiting on fries which were hot but anaemic. Staff were nice.

Very nice staff, but manager put deliveries on much higher priority than walk-in and eat-in customers. After waiting for 10 minutes for order collection I decided to give up and go to another place. Very unprofessional.

Edit :Another visit after 5 months. Deliveries have much higher priority. 20 minutes waiting while writing this review. Regret visit there again..

Waited 18 mins for table service. Would have been better off going on the drive thru as it always seem to be a main priority.

After having a lond day with kids the last thing you want to do is go complain about waiting time and warm food 😔

This McDonald’s used to have 10x better staff than the ones they have now. McDonald’s has seemed to employ people who don’t seem to know how to talk to a customer/do there job correctly or are just flat out rude. I am constantly getting given wrong stuff and waste even more time going back and changing it for what I actually ordered. Either they need to give better training to their staff or just employ better employees because it’s becoming beyond a joke now with how poor this place has become.

My 5 star review is for the guy on the drive through who was so polite and chatty and went way beyond to be kind. He deserves recognition. Secondly the Big Mac meal only had one burger, surely it’s not that hard putting a burger together!

Lovely cup of coffee. Polite and hard-working staff. The lady who was cleaning is very efficient. And the lady who brought our order to our table is very polite and always smiling. I placed an order with their app!
