Not great. It was very quiet. Used the drive through and had to park up for 15 minutes. Gravy not in the bag so went it to get that. The gravy was almost see through defiantly tasted like something was missing I’ve never had kfc gravy like that before, horrible.

Oh and nice one for putting the coleslaw on top of the chips so they where nice and refrigerated for when I got home. Much appreciated. Wouldn’t have happened if you stocked up on the box meal boxes.

2 stars as the burgers where good.

Young lad was pleasant enough but clearly needed more staff helping him out. Waited 5 mins after being told to wait a minute at drive through speaker, 15 minutes for my food after ordering, then no straw or bag given to me, just the box.

I have never know such poor service and customer service from anywhere. Made an order on the app for collection via drive thru, arrived and there was no one answering the machine, waited half an hour before being able to drive round. The front door to the restaurant was locked by half 9 so customers weren’t being let into the restaurant either. Online times and the app say kfc shuts at 11. Inside sources I know personally have told me the restaurant closes at 10pm and the drive thru closes at 11pm. Lee at drive thru has told us those times are wrong and they close at 9pm and 10pm for drive thru. Don’t quite appreciate being lied to whilst having my order very delayed. Absolute joke of a place, no wonder the team leaders leave

If I could give zero I would. Avoid this place unless you want to be robbed.

Last time my dad went he was waiting about 40 minutes for food, there was only my dad and 1 other person waiting.

Every time I've been through the drive through the staff are gormless and always seem to miss an item or two, to the point I check the bag before leaving and make sure everything is there. A few times I've had to pull them over missing items before driving away, or if there's a queue I'll go into the car park and check.

Tonight I've ordered through Uber eats.
Items are missing, entity. tried phoning the restaurant, 5 times, no answer. Put in a complaint through Uber eats app. No answer.

I wouldn't mind, but the cost of the order was not cheap.

The cookies were missing entirely.
They gave us the wrong sauce with one of the meals
There was no ordered sides at all with the other meal.
The chips were cold and soggy
The chicken was greasy and soggy.

Will not be ordering from here again.

Absolutely disgusted. Shocking customer service.

Update into regards to Uber eats - got a £25 refund - but still won't be ordering from here again. Will be calling head office tomorrow to put in a complaint.

I ordered food for my family on October 9th from KFC Wesham costing £26.46 via UberEats. When the food arrived I knew it wasn’t up to temperature by how cold the bag was that the food came in. The restaurant is approx 10 minutes away and I tracked the delivery driver who had one stop along the way so it wasn’t like it had been sent hours ago and kept in the car. I was disgusted when I saw the shrivelled pieces of chicken. The popcorn chicken in the boneless banquet was rock hard in one box and in the other only 5 pieces. The “fillets” were the size of chicken nuggets and the fries stone cold and of equally pathetic proportion. The two sides of gravy I ordered arrived as bbq beans…the checked sticker on the bag obviously was for decoration as it can’t have been checked! I rang the restaurant continuously and nobody picked up the phone and tried to go through the delivery driver but that third party call wouldn’t connect! I threw it all in the bin and ordered from a different restaurant. I contacted Uber Eats to explain what had happened and their response was to offer me a £2.20 courtesy payment!! Absolutely disgusted.

My orders are always wrong here, no matter how much I spend or how simple the order is, it is never right.
We flew back from corfu, after having a 3 hour delay. So we placed an order on the app to fly and pick it up on our way past to get home, with 2 children under 2 in the car. It took almost an hour for the order. We wanted convenience, instead it would have been quicker to cook.
Everytime I've ordered off Uber eats, the sticker states "checked and sealed". When infact they haven't checked the order, they've thrown what they want you to have or not have, and just pop a sticker on.
I've ordered before now about £6 worth of food and half the order was missing. I've had to borrow my mums car, to drive back, because you can't return within a certain time period. I refuse to get a ticket because this company is unable to do their job correctly.
Website says 23.00 close, I sat at the drive through window at 22.10 for 15 minutes, and had nothing. No, " we're closed" or anything like that. I sat with my car window open in the pouring rain waiting for someone to take my order.

This place either needs new management or needs shutting down. I have never known somewhere be so incompetent in doing what they should.
I work at KFC 9 years ago and yet, I'd still be able to do the job better than these. What a joke.

Needs rescuing, shockingly bad, waited almost an hour for 2 wraps of the day...clearly no management, understaffed. Won't be back again. The queue today was all the way across the car park and they kept forgetting customers were waiting... cars were beeping in line and no reaction whatsoever from management, everyone was furious.

One of the best KFC's I have eaten at & I used the drive through service. The food was amazing I could really taste the spices on the chicken. Friendly service. Quick. A great experience. I was also given condiments & napkins. Whoever is managing this restaurant really cares & it shows. What a wonderful team. Well done guys.
