We have been visit many times but last time was not good customer service to my son so he stopped going back to them. Your making money from us thats why customer services is very important . My son always spended a lot money . Your customer gone mean you lost your money because of your services.

Saturday 5th March bought a cheese burger meal and large lamb chops. When I got home cheese burger was fine. But the lamb chops were off I had to throw it away. Returned to AAQA 6th March informed them what happened. The person who served was not in. So the gentleman told me he can do anything. Come back and speak to him. He was not concerned. Did not even check the last lamb shop on display.
They have lost a local customer. They do not seem to care. One star as I can not put 0

my favourite location to eat burgers, good taste , fries are pretty good to eat , crunchy, missing all day burgers . .well mannered people , been eating the food in here for 5 years. Nice people too . missing you guys . All the way from toronto canada🇨🇦

Really rude owner who is false advertising online to lure in customers only then to cancel deals such as buy 1 get 1 free.

Has this promoted everywhere online but when you order only sends one item blaming the website!! This makes no sense as surely you would be handling your own webpage.

Trading standards needs to investigate this fraud as they are owed by Aaqa halal meat on staines road who are also promoting cheaper prices than are actually in store!

Our go to local fried chicken shop but their grilled platter of lamb chops and lamb kababs with fresh naan is perfect for sharing or on your own 👍 Peri peri chicken is also flavourful and juicy. My kids love the chicken fillet burger as the chicken is always freshly fried and tastes fantastic. Overall great fast food at competitive prices for everyone to afford!

I ordered 2 chicken Tika sandwiches and 1 large lambshop meal for take out. When I got home only 2 meals were in the bag 1 chicken Tika and the lampshop. I paid for 3 meals. And the lambshop was not cooked properly. I will never go back to this place.

The shop is so dirty and disgusting. They don’t even wear gloves and the prices so high for restaurant like that. I will never go there again. I went there today and I bought a burger with some chips and they charged me too much for that and when I asked him why it’s so high for something simple he said impolitely everything is going up. They don’t even talk respectfully with the customers. It was really bad experience. Please never go there. We don’t have to spend money for bad service.
