KFC Tamworth - Ventura Retail Park

I usually find KFC too expensive and do not use them but on this occasion I did because of the £5.99 bucket offer. The food was fine but as I got to order the computer system crashed and it took a reboot to get going again. All back to normal after 20 minutes. I've had my dinner and still have 4 pieces to eat tomorrow, cold, instead of sandwiches.

Normally we have a good experience here but today was not the case. Ordered on Uber Eats and waited an hour for it to be cancelled. So we decided to go and buy it ourselves, asked for the chicken wings and came home with a bucket of chicken breast and legs. The chicken wasn’t cooked properly as some of the chicken was still pink. Not happy at all

Ignored at counter for 5 minutes as staff would rather wait for food to appear so that they could bag than acknowledge someone waiting.

When food arrived on opening at home as this was a takeaway, 10 mini fillets were missing 2 fillets. Chips which are the worst part of any kfc meal were made from green potatoes.

KFC care emailed and could not be bothered to respond.

Reasonable service time, not bad. Sadly overrun by just eat drivers who sit on the tables.

This particular KFC isn't well managed - often out of basics like salt, napkins, forks and sauces. The food, however is usually really good.

I think if they spent a bit of time viewing through the customer experience window they could learn a lot and it would be time well spent.

4/5 is generous. But fortune favours the bold.

P.s. the new chips are horrible.

Parked and went inside and I was impressed. Whenever we use the drive thru the order is wrong but this time it was perfect. Everything was hot and came out quick. Our only gripe was they had no salt. Chips without salt is just wrong. Other than that much better meal than at other leading fast food chains.

I made am order today through just eat, and for the second time within a month my good was not delivered even though stating delivered. KFC were unhelpful both times and just eat told me to re order and I would be refunded which never happened so paid double for one order, today I was so annoyed so took all proof of my purchases and spoke to mani store manager. I was told they can not refund, replace food, I suggested they must no which driver was allocated my order to ask him but again could not do this. So in a month I have wasted nearly £50 on food i did not receive, will never use just eat or KFC again and you can’t call anyone from just eat or KFC all done through email which is a waste of time

Chicken was delicious but the issue is with the cost of the food. Nearly 15 quid for 6 pieces of chicken and 4 small bags of chips. At that price you would have thought that they would include a beverage but nopeeee, if you want a drink to wash the food down you're going to purchase it separately.
