McDonald's

I have been there today, 1 hr ago. I can understand that you are busy But maybe you should think to hire more Staff? I will leave my Grand Big mac without any comment. I did not speak to any of you as I did not want to wait another 20 minutes for my order.

Well what can I say! I am appalled by the quality of the food my breakfast muffin was tiny and I like to say rather crispy on the edges although I’m leaning towards stale. Disgusting 🤢

Food was well cooked and tasty. Place let down by students trashing the outside tables leaving them in a disgusting state. When I pointed out to them that there were bins provided the reaction was it’s not my job to clean up. Sign of the times I guess!!

The place is full of kids that have no idea what they are doing gave us the wrong order going through the drive through then argued that it was right and that she wouldn't put the order right. But I'm not sure how 2 happy meals would feed 4 adults

Spent £44 and was told if we wanted the standard small square BBQ sauce it would be £0.10 extra. We were only asking for 2 on a 5 meal order. Left a bitter taste to the whole meal. Food was ok. Wrong sauce given for chicken selects meal but was lucky to get any at all as normally they forget.

Yet again, Take Out order wrong.

No extra sausage in 2 x muffins
Utter joke this place.
100% check your food before you leave as the staff there are useless.
Wont be going again.

Shame I can't give them no stars. The "manager" Tasha at this store doesn't know what she is doing, also advised me not to use the McDonalds app. I had placed an order, not delivered and the store couldn't do anything, instead told me to call an App support line and they couldn't do anything either because the order was live. McDonalds seem to have no complaints procedure either, the number i was given by this store is invalid. So I'm out of pocket, Coalville store "can't" do anything or won't. Absolute joke!

So, I checked google. Checked the official McDonalds website, used the store locator, everything said that this was open. Only when I paid for a taxi there and back was there a small note on the door saying that it will be open at 6. No notice that this 24 hour restaurant has closed for the night. I am very disappointed. Other than all that, I have eaten from here before, the food is basic McDonalds food. Nothing good, but at the same time, nothing absolutely terrible either.
