KFC Chessington - North Parade

Worst experience ever waited 45 minutes for something that wasn't KFC put it all down the food disposal took pictures to prove it. Save your money. #KFC

Very expensive for what you get, no napkin no hand sanitiser no salt n pepper sachets. Baked beans side must be for children and cooked 1 hour before the store even opened... never again colonel. Yuk

Awful cold drinks put together with hot food why.! delivered messy the driver went past our house five minutes came to our home didn't apologise for late delivery ...you pay for a service of delivery extra on top and its rubbish !

Food missing from our order. Not first time! This is the Third time. Cheese not added to the burger or pieces missing, they give us regular chips and drink instead of large.
Who manages this branch? Do they read these reviews?

Avoid at all costs, ordered in shop, massive queue, understaffed, person in front was back to complain, that was me 20 mins later when they forgot some fries and messed up a simple burger order, we only had 2 meals. Contactless broken on the self-order machine, and no till roll so no receipt. Staff were rude to each other whilst we were there, not a good look.

Half of my order was missing on arrival, they suggested I came down and got it. Their error not mine they bag the food up and blame the driver. Terrible place run by useless people. Never again !!!

Ordered the free bucket of chicken plus a tower box meal and bites. Got no chicken, the bites were so dry and tasteless and when I tried to ring deliveroo they just left me on hold forever and the restaurant just hung up everytime. Not happy and definitely won't be ordering from this branch ever again!! 🤬🤬

Every single time I order here there is something wrong with the meal. My last order resulted in being given a drumstick instead of 2 hot wings as well as having a bottom bun on both the top and bottom of my fillet burger. Totally incompetent staff who need recoaching.
