Burger King

This burger King gets worse every time i return. £9.29 on a meal and that's the portion of chips you receive. Shocking! Customer service is extremely poor! If you can help it. Avoid!

Not the greatest quality food at this franchise and staff can seem unhappy. After many visits I am yet to have a satisfactory meal but it's in a very convenient spot next to the A30. Many years on and a few more visits... Nothing has changed, this Burger king needs investment and training in their staff and location.

Friendly staff, and standard burger king food. Not a bad place to stop if you are travelling on the A30 but you can't call it scenic.

Burger King has always been a bit more expensive than McDonald's but the food was slightly better.
Unfortunately this is no longer the case..
You don't expect much at a motorway services, but hope for a little with the premium you pay.
Ordered food from one of the self service machines and watched as the fresh food slid down to be handed over. Unfortunately, the clueless lad at the till kept serving customer after customer who struggled to use self service, leaving the food to slowly go cold.
After watching this for a while I realised a bit if intervention was required, asking if I could have my food.
Finally, food in hand, I set to eat my current special. I would have been better off earing the wrapper. I don't think I have ever been more disappointed in the food (and I have pretty low standard). Completely tasteless.
I think this has cemented me avoiding Burger King as the food is no where as good as it used to be, and certainly not for the additional cost they are to comparable fast food restaurants.

Been to this services a number of times and this time to Greggs. Always seems chaotic with service sections (napkins, etc) not refreshed, cleaning trolley proudly on display but tables not cleared. Disappointing as it has a great position and has a steady trade.

Easy in and out location, free parking plus Greggs and Subway and a Shell garage.

Awful food - what on earth has happened to Burger King? It used to be so good but now the burgers taste like cardboard and are usually luke warm. And it's not just this branch, it's all of them. Give it a swerve and find a McDonalds!

There were a lot of people at this outlet, and a lot of orders at the time of ordering.

But the staff were working hard to accommodate all the orders with the circumstances of low stocks on some items and with that I fully recommend them.

My burger was my treat with the conditions of traffic, and the staff deserve a Thank you.
