The food was nice and hot to day .the young lady that served me very polite service was fast today

Our delivery was stone cold and disgusting. We ordered sauces that we didn't get. This particular restaurant is one of the worst I've ever eaten at.

Nipped in on my lunch break for a single cheeseburger thinking it'd be the fastest and easiest thing to get. Then ended up waiting for up to 15 mins while the staff rushed to try and get the bigger orders out first despite mine being ready and clearly visible from where I stood. By the time they gave me the burger it was stone cold but I didn't have the time to ask for a new one because I needed to go back to work. For efficiencies sake, please hand out the one item orders as soon as they're ready.

As a Uber eats rider this store staff are very rude told me to f off and get a real job then tells Uber I was the rude one no mater what I’m not going to pick up from this store again till I get a apology from the member off staff and the fake thumbs down back if u had a bad day don’t take it out on the public customers or drivers I’ve spoken to mark who owns this store hope to here the apology soon

Limited menu options. Surpringly no McSpicy !! French fries were not cooked enough and too salty. Definitely not a pleasant experience. Self ordering kiosk had printing issues. It didnt print the token and didnt show the tocken number again. Luvkily it wasnt crowded and only 2 customers at that time, so I didnt miss my order. Imagine this happened on a crowded time !

I appreciate it may be a one off,
but Burgers shouldn't be pink, never had an issue before but I will not be revisiting this branch money is too tigh for the risk of placing my lunch in the bin

People vaping inside no plugs working staff had 0 idea what we were saying alarm was going off for about 10 minutes and phone repeatedly went of no staff answered it

Phone was constantly ringing, fire alarm blaring for 10 mins straight. Requested workers to turn plugs on multiple times and was ignored. Tables and even the toilet was still dirty from the previous day
