McDonald's

Ordered at 11.30pm on uber eats and at 1.30am after many drivers have attempted to collect the items the order is cancelled! I drive down to the restaurant as they don't answer the 6 calls I made to find the drive thru recently shut with the last people collecting their food and the staff starting to eat around a table.
So what have they done for the past 2 hours?! Will those uber eats drivers get their time and fuel back on a busy Friday night?
Awful awful way to treat delivery drivers especially during a cost of living crisis.

I've been eating in this Mcdonald for years, picking up food during night shifts or at the end and always had a good service. Recently the staff is just rude and unpleasant. Managers don't take responsibility of their rude staff. Also the tables are most of the times dirty and if you ask to clean it they seems bothered. I definitely won't go in any time soon.

TERRIBLE!!!! The queue is so long, this McDonald’s can’t handle the volume of customers. The servers are incredibly slow, I last time waited 30 minutes for a breakfast pita. This time I got a Big Mac and it was just awful, I appreciate it’s fast food but come on…………

Ordered using the app. Daughter went inside to collect & ended up waiting 45 minutes for food to be given to her. Absolutely disgusting. Drive through right our onto road & up to roundabout. Worker at the door telling people it was shut for half hour as wrong meals were being given out to customers. By the time my daughter was given her order the happy meal for my granddaughter was cold so she asked for another meal. According to the worker on the door they were short staffed!!!@ if that's the case then close completely. Customers were also told to join the queue to the drive through, what & block the roads even more!!!!

Perfect place to have a cold sandwich, half cooked fries and a flat unflavoured drink. It's best to order your food couple of days before so if you are lucky you'll get your food couple of hours after you arrive. Finally the service staff team bought a cheap dictionary from overseas which missed a couple of words- "Customer Service "

Food was cold. Drink was flat. Service is the most worst. We came as a family of 5 kids and 5 adults. All the foods was cold. We had to change the the drinks. Ordered the salad they forget to give the balsamic sauce with it, so we have to go to the counter again. No wonder they have 3.6 score. Very bad experience.

This is the first time I've been to this McDonalds branch, and I was not expecting the HUGE queues, mostly for the drive-through, but also for the dine-in option. They had to close off access for 5 minutes to let the kitchen deal with the onslaught of orders, but even so, the 5* go fully to the staff, they were so courteous, quick with orders, with everything we ordered just right (unlike my local McD, which gets 1 out of 3 orders wrong). Give the team a big holiday bonus, they deserve it!! Thank you!

Miserable staff, Coffee sat on the side for 20 mins before we got our order, so had to ask for fresh ones as they were cold. Asked about our order with Ellie, who totally blanked us and just carried on serving other meals that were ordered after ours. Food was cold but by this time we just wanted to leave. Not one smile from any staff member. They need training in customer services and satisfaction. Won't be returning!
