KFC Fareham - Lederle Lane

Ordered a 4 piece boneless meal with a dip, was told no choice of dips only garlic mayo but it wasn't in the bag. Ordered a zinger burger meal, no mayo on the bun and when I got home realised the drinks were not in the bag and not given a receipt. Young staff had no concept of customer service. Not rude but not everyone wants to be called "mate"

Tables not cleaned. Bins not emptied. Floor not swept. A 30 minute wait for chicken on the bone. Fast food Delivery man with two children, left them to run around like the restaurant was a playground. Other delivery men listening to loud TV show whilst they waited. All in all a very disappointing and unpleasant eating I experience.

More interested in getting out deliveroo and just eat orders. Watch my order of chicken being put together and then left for approx 25 mins on the side. When I told them it was cold they didn't care and it felt like I was an inconvenience for asking for it to be replaced. Only replaced half the chicken and again felt like an inconvenience when I asked for the amount if pieces I paid for. 3 other customers also had problems while I was there.

The food here is to standard. The staff are never in a very good mood though. Always somber faces. Even the manager was unfriendly and unhelpful. Today we were lucky to find a clean table, the only one ... even though the dining area was empty. It's been like this every time I have visited. The bins are always full. The touchscreen ordering system hasn't had a wipe down in a while and doesn't ever give receipts.

I've definitely been to better presented locations but the food is good.

Just had the 20 Hot wings for £5.99, have to say there is more chicken on a duck, than there is on these wings, it's all made up of batter. And KFC where has the flavour gone, the skin tastes of nothing, and that always used to be the best part,

The service at this not so fast food restaurant is awful. The staff are trying their best but unless you order Deliveroo then you are put to the back of the queue. After a 45 minute wait sitting amongst bags of rubbish and dirty tables we were told that some of the items we ordered were no longer available. These obviously had been given to their Deliveroo customers and our order was lower on their priority list. Do not eat in at this restaurant.

Terrible experience! Every single time we order from here they forget half of the items that we have order. We put a claim and they offered us a refund of £3.00!! What a joke! It doesn't even cover half of the price of the items that we were missing! The food wasn't very nice either and my partner and I spent all night sick! We won't be ordering from this KFC ever again.

Overall the food is good, but the people working there must be kinda retarded. I have been ordering for years and 80% of the time something is wrong. Today and yesterday I ordered from the new deal which is two burgers with fries for £8 and only receiving one. I thought yesterday was just a mistake, but today happened again.
