KFC Blackpool - Cherry Tree Road North

Very happy when visiting. Food was hot and fast service. Staff were amazing and helpful. Enjoyed all our food and drinks well made. Just wish KFC didn't change there chips its a shame!!!

Clean and welcoming on arrival.

Don't think we've had a complete order yet so have to check everything is there before we leave each time to avoid someone being disappointed. If you call to complain they just say to let the manager know next time you're in to get the missing things then! Unfortunately they seem to prioritise the food app orders which leads to some creative parking outside from the delivery drivers, but then those orders are usually wrong as well!

This has to be the best KFC on the Fylde Coast!
Food always hot, always get your full order (unlike Fleetwood!!) and you never have to ask for your dips.... they are always with your food.
Really good friendly team too.... no wonder it is busy!

Food was over cooked and old it had been under the heater too long and dried up.
No heating in the place so regretted eating in it felt colder than outside. Service was slow there was only one other person waiting.
Its a shame as they were the best but the last 3 visits food has been awful

Wow it was exceptionally busy on Christmas eve, total madness. The staff did there best trying to have a bit of a laugh, trying to keep the customers happy apart from one, she was an absolute tool shouting at the staff telling them to work and stop chatting, which they were working doing there very best. Really got to admit the food was great, fresh and hot. The lad that was serving us just kept apologising for the delay.

I have never had a complete order delivered and have ordered numerous times but the last time was the final straw ordered two large festive buckets as friends came over and they sent two wraps and chips, by the time it arrived the restaurant had closed so couldn't get any other food, trying to get a refund was almost impossible in the end got macdonalds least they get the order right and deliver food hot.

Half the chicken for a price increase that does not make sense.
Staff look stressed, especially the manager.
Unhappy employees and not wearing hygiene equipment/ PPE.

Iv just ordered 40.00 worth of food half is missing chicken is dry small I get this 5 times a week never again will I use kfc nor my family wouldent even answer the phone at 1030 I'm a care worker and decided to treat everyone never ever again fuming mad 😠 😡looking at these reviews dose anybody actually read them and do something about the comments money is tight enough and when you decide to have a treat and don't even get your full order disgusting
