Terrible! Do not visit! Maybe for breakfast and until 1pm after that it's a miserable place! Food is thrown together with missing ingredients sometimes looks like dog food... (Big Tasty on picture)
Delivery drivers... They park everywhere and all over the place. Most of the time they park in the parked order bays and the click and serve bays preventing customers to park in the car park or use the services. Not one time happened that they were having a conversation in their cars and they parking like they blocking the road but ofc when you mention it to them they become arrogant and send you to better places. Some don't even speak English so can't even explain to them that they should not do this. Better to go to the town centre restaurant if you want to avoid this...

Mc Donald’s has gone down hill, it’s not good anymore. It used to be fast, food would be warm, delivery order wouldn’t be as messed up constantly. Majority of times we have ordered of just eat the meal is either half missing or cold. When you contact mc Donald’s they say it’s not our problem and that just eat might of left a bag our drinks was wrong and that wouldn’t of been just eats fault as we ordered a chocolate and banana milkshake and got vanilla instead. They blame just eat so they don’t have to deal with them problem. They say come down and we will sort your order but whne you don’t drive and live near it’s not possible to come down. Staff ain’t that respectful anymore. Really don’t want to order from there again. It’s not what it used to be unfortunately

Really bad drive through experience. I waited for a while in the cue. I ordered the new crispy chicken breast fillet as a meal. It looks so good on the tv adds. I was so disappointed. I couldn't park on McDonald's car park it was to busy. My bun on my burger was burnt. It made the whole thing taste disgusting. McDonald's I'm sure you can do better. Not happy.

Ordered food through the self serve kiosk, waited almost 15mins for food, store wasn’t busy and the staff were running around like headless chickens. The food was chucked down the chute with such velocity that I thought it was gonna take off. I asked if I could get a free sauce for waiting for so long and was told no, food was Luke warm and looked like it had been assembled in the dark. Avoid

Don’t eat here. I heard they flavour their food with the tears of vegans and pride themselves on being the leading cause of global warming and all pray to bin laden as there powerful and all knowing god.

Ordered a meal for three people at the drive thru at about 9.00pm on New Years Day. Got home to find that despite having paid for all three meals, of the meals was completely missing. I phoned up and was told by a very unhelpful employee that they were sorry, but they closed at 9.00pm as it was New Years Day and there was nothing they could do but give me a code for a replacement meal at another time. I could forgive them if it was a one off, but I have had so many meals from them over the last few months that had elements missing. So it’s New Years Day, nothing else is open and I’ve got no meal. Hit and miss. Sometimes been a good experience but on a recent visit (29.01.22), the food received was completely sub-standard and had to be replaced. See attached photos of what they tried to pass off as Big Macs.

Usual McDonald's.Could be a bit better though.The floor inside was really slippery as it seems it was cleaned with only water.Toilets also were not clean and had no paper.Fast service though and staff helpfull.
