Food was tasty but the BBQ sizzler meal I had was probably about half the size in comparison to what the picture on Deliveroo showed. Really disappointed as I was starving and could eat another one. Also paid extra for a large portion which I presumed would mean larger fries and they were exactly the same size as my partner's regular fries. From a value for money point of view, don't bother.

The food is delicious. It has a nice lobby. The chicken was Nice and Tender it was succulent. But overall, delicious food I am defenitely visiting again.

Ordered XL Burger Meal with fries and some wings.
Burger was pathetic. Hardly anything to and tasteless. The fries weren't cooked properly either. The wings were ok but tiny.

This place has gone downhill big time!
Do not order from here! Go to Flaming Hens or Go Peri instead!

Not all of our order was delivered to us, we called to discuss this and the staff were very rude, called us liars. Won't be ordering from here again after this service, the food that did arrive was dry also.

Rip off. The chicken 'XL' is the same size as a 99p mackies hamburger (no exaggeration).The menu says chicken breast in a bun but its actually about a 3rd of a breast. Peri fries had to be microwaved as i suspected when the driver/rider handed me the unusually cold bag. This would lead me to the assumption that it never saw the inside of one of those insulated bags.

Deliveroo also has the cheek to ask that you tip the driver, so what is the delivery charge and service charge actually for?

Arrived in time, but i'd rather wait longer for better. First time and last time, sorry Pepe but you need to step up your game with so much better quality competition around.

I dont like leaving reviews by wow, this food was that bad you can see where it ended up, the sauce they sent out has the same consistency as water so if you did want to use it your bun would of been nasty. The food was frezzing cold must of been sat there for an hour before being delivered and the worst part, i dont even think it was chicken in the burger, also it was ment to be a chicken xl , yet what ever the meet was it was the same size as a mini fillet from kfc. Avoid at all cost. When i rang up they didnt even care at all.

The food was alright, I ordered 2 mild chicken breast burgers and 5 hot wings, it was all lemon and herb flavoured chicken and was bright yellow. Better to go and collect and make sure your order is correct as most reviews on here mention their order was wrong when delivered.

if u like raw chicken burgers pepes peri peri cheltenham is the best place for RAW chicken

you wait around 30 mins for ur food to still be served cold
