Al karims

Al Karims is one of those few takeaway spots where you know you will get consistently great quality food on the ho. Whether it be a burger or a Kebab or a Pizza. They have a whole lot more that that hut I order the mixed Kebab 3. Kofta, Chicken, Donner, Chips and Pita bread. 60p more for Nan. Generous portions and staff are always friendly. I phone it it and collect but they offer delivery too. Great little eatery.

Took 1 hour 30 mins and food was cold!!! Delivery driver was kicking off at the door because I wasn't happy.
So annoyed, attitude stinks!!
Don't bother! Never again!!!!!!

Garbage..
Food arrived approximately 40 minutes late.
Delivery driver initially rang me from completely the wrong address on the opposite side of the estate asking where I was, when I explained he was in the wrong place he then promptly told me that he would have another delivery to do on the way down to me!!
As expected, when my food arrived, it was pretty much cold and required microwaving to get it to a edible temperature.
After all that, the food itself was okay at best, definitely had better
To cap it all he rang me and expected me to go out to the car park to collect it from him as he clearly couldn’t be bothered to bring it to my front door!

Ali’s is about 20% more expensive these days, but after tonight’s experiment, I shall be going back there next time and onwards!

Was gonna give 0 to half a star,ordered my food was told about half hour for delivery, waited nearly 1 hour phoned up and was told he's on his way over 1 hour from placing my order I phoned again he said he's on his way and I said I don't want it as it is late and would be cold and the guy put the phone down 2 minutes later it arrived so I told him I'd canceled. Not ordering from here again.which is a shame as the food is top notch.

Used to order from here all the time, was always happy for what I was paying. Now I wouldn’t even give the food to a dog even if it was starving, food is literally inedible, no care whatsoever gone into the meal, if you ordered sauces then they will be everywhere by the time you arrive. Only decent thing is they deliver quick but what is the point in that if the food is awful!!!! REQUESTING RECENT FOOD HYGIENE REDO!!!!

This place either needs to step their game up or shut down. Wasting space in this town where a new decent takeaway could open.

I think if I watched the food being cooked or made I’d literally throw up.

This takeaway has the best staff! always very welcoming and kind when dealing with orders made either face to face or via phone! the food never disappoints to be honest could'nt recommend a more genuine takeaway in Stafford i love it 💯🙌

Food is always lovely, sometimes the pizzas arrived crushed though. Delivery timings have gotten worse recently, im guessing lack of staff? The Delivery guys are always nice though. I recommend a special sandwich.. so much food for the price.

Absolutely disgusting service and food.....food arrived after 1 hour 10 minutes and arrived stone cold....spoke to the people there and they were absolutely disgusting did not care they had sent cold food out and did not want to help!!! Never order form her all you get is cold food and a stupidly long wait and then abuse when you tell them the food is cold!!!
