Chicken City

Coming home late from a bevy or too and got the 'munchies' not being a fan of 'chicken shop' chicken I was a bit reluctant BUT, was pleasantly surprised at the range on the menu. I chose a full cooked chicken, thinking of sandwiches for my lunch the next day, with chips. IT WAS GORGEOUS!!! A lovely marinade which wasn't too sticky and it was cooked perfectly. Made great sandwiches for lunch too!

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SHOP!!!! A shame the service provided. Yesterday at lunch, there was this lady at the counter complaining about her food, I didn't pay much attention since I arrived at the end of the conversation. I noticed though, after she went out, that the lady serving has not moved from the counter to pick up the chicken for my burgers. When I got home, on the hottest day of UK, my chicken was sweety, not crispy and cold, literally COLD!!!! I then realised the chicken from the complain was served to me... And the fact that I have been on this shop 4 times this week, and being regular customer has not changed the attitude... Sad... You lost a good customer...

Got the whole grilled chicken. Very tasty. You can have different spice level.

The worst and and service, hell of expensive and food has no quality, very disgusting and gives us diarrhoea!!

Worst restaurant in London in my opinion. Customer service is very bad. The food is very cold, in short if you want to waste money then go to that restaurant lol,🤣🤣🤣🤣🤧the lady stuff nd old guy are rude that Don't know how to sarve food, they need to do training lol,,, never ever Again

It's one of the best for fast food in high Street!
Their food is delicious and also customer service is very good.
