KFC Harlow Retail Park

Food was nice and hot. However, service was a bit lacking. Had to wait quite a while to place order (note that you can order via screens, but we needed to do it at the counter for use of BLC). Order took a while to be made up, which is fine, but was then missing a portion of chips and 2 bottles of water. Seemed a bit understaffed even though it wasn't especially busy for a Saturday evening.

I gave up ordering through the drive thru as its too painful - used it 4 times and on each occasion there was an issue with the order. Order in-store or on the App and you can't go wrong. Food is always well cooked, tasty and served quickly. Just wished they were more attentive with offering sauces and cup holders.

Dreadful!! Dirty, uncleaned tables, bi s spilling out, custom was very poor, I was stood there waiting for my order, there was a meal that was sat on the front counter for 5 minutes plus, just sitting there, it turned out it was mine!, on that day the drive thru was not open, goodness knows what the service and interior would have been like if it was, terrible, run by junior staff members with no customer service skills or lead by inexperienced seniors, Dury officer on that day was Lee..!

I have been told that we can not come in with my 2 children due to busy times. I have told staff that they can not do this , it is 18:20 and we are within time table. It has been 40 minutes since we ordered our food. So far nothing absolutely nothing. Could get your staff (rude) trained well also get more staff during busy times. How could you refuse entry front of my children and try to kick us out. Just unbelievable

I try to avoid as much as possible, because the wait times are ridiculous and the orders are wrong half the time, so check your order before you leave.
Weekends are terrible.
Went last week, and queued for 40 mins in the drive through, without so much as an apology at the payment window.
But then, Mc Donald's ain't much better, what can you do......

AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU ARE DYING OF MALNUTRITION

Barely any parking outside the restaurant.

Electronic ordering kiosks did not work after trying twice. Had to go to the to main ordering point and the 'young lady' that served me could not have been more useless. She barely had any manners, made zero eye contact and got my order wrong. It had taken my about 10 mins to order from start to finish so I gave up trying to correct her.

Food was very average. Boned Chicken was okay but the boneless was disgusting. How the kids liked it I'll never know...

Chips were absolutely rank. Cold, soggy and devoid of flavour.

Best KFC hot wings I’ve had from any KFC location.. and the flamin’ wrap was filled with chicken and had a good amount of supercharger sauce. Good stuff, shame it’s not my local!
Was rather busy (Friday night) and still got our food relatively promptly.

I appreciate they're busy but it was just OK....underwhelming just OK, the Zinger burger was a touch spicyely hot and I'd made the mistake of consuming all of my sugar free beverage before attempting to digest it but I was able to lick the fluid from my eyeballs in order to create enough moisture so that the burger could be swallowed.
No shortage of drive through customers and the establishment was clean and tidy....but the whole reason for my trip was sadly lacking from my mail size brown bag......the lemony wet wipes....incidentally is it really necessary to place your order in a huge brown paper bag to carry it 8ft to your table, then promptly throw it away,although I wasn't asked if I was eating in,so perhaps it could of been established at that point if I required 250 A5 envelope worths of bag......good drills for accepting the Defence Discount Card though 😀....but get a grip on your contribution to all the waste packaging etc....but let me finally congratulate the staff for their efforts both polite and friendly
