KFC Barnet - High Street

Went here after 9.30pm on a weekday with my partner as we wanted something quick and cheap to eat. Place was quiet. Staff was friendly. Place looked clean apart from the toilet. Food was freshly served and hot. Packaging was good. Sat in and ate. Food was tasty and ok.

Not enough staff and hence if it is a little busy, you'll have to wait for a good while. Otherwise is clean and friendly staff.
P.S. They don't give you what pieces you want. I was told if I don't want wing in a 9 pieces bucket, I have to wait 45 minutes and at the end gave me 2 wings which went straight in to the bin as I hate them.

Be careful where you eat from stale bun and I don't joke about the soggy rice and I'm sure chicken is rat!!! I have no words for the so called fries !!!

They forgot my beans and that is the staple of the meal for me. 20 quid of just went in the bin because they forgot my beans that I paid extra for.

Just bought a £20 ten piece bucket. Tasted nothing like KFC's original recipe chicken! The skin was very thin and rock hard. The chicken pieces were tiny! The chips were cold and undercooked! The corn on the cob looked off colour and tasteless! I would avoid this KFC branch, which seems to be run by Indian's! Such a disappointment, as they have increased their prices so much! AVOID! I would give no stars if i could!

The staff were so so rude, when I received my Krushem the cup was half full, I tried to ask as to why it was half full and was told “it’s the way we make it”. I then received my ‘box meals’ in a paper bag with no side and no sauce. So again I had to ask about my sides and sauces, I was then sighed at and had the sides and sauced thrown on the counter.

I am so so angry with this experience and usually I am satisfied with the staff and services.

It's been 2 hours and still we didn't get any food or my money back. Please I request to give my refund.
