McDonald's

One of the new style resturants, ordering goes through the big touchpad self service kiosks, half of which always seem to be out of order, very little staff interaction and if you're eating in the staff bring you your food. Not a fan of this system. Place is too small and you'll probably run into drunk people.

Terrible. Cold food. No pickles had pickles on it as leaving heard someone say- i ordered mc plant but you have put a meat burger in my mc plant. .. anyone work there over 18? Looked a shabbles and noone caring at all if too busy they should get door control.

After an hour and a half wait for our food, and seeing our delivery driver at the restaurant waiting during this time, our order arrived completely wrong and stone cold. None of our *actual* order arrived. This isn’t the first time an order has gone wrong as we had some incorrect items when we last ordered a month ago.
One mistake is excusable but this many times on this scale is just ridiculous.
We have had similar experiences when visiting McDonalds too; lots of customers waiting for a significant amount of time, often staff ignoring floor responsibilities and customers alike and the overall atmosphere can feel uncomfortable.
We know this isn’t all staff, we’ve seen those who are hard working. However, this is the general feel of McDonalds on High Street unfortunately.

But on 21/1/2023 ,around 6:30 pm ,we were assisted by a cheerful hard working all rounder chap .His name is Josh

I paid 7 quid for an order that was totally buggered up. I ordered a regular classic coke to be given a diet, small fries on a medium meal, and someone else's customised mccrispy where they removed the lettuce when clearly I wanted the full thing. They rushed everything. They clearly called my order number correctly to be given incorrect items. I don't think I will ever come again because of this total disappointment.

One of the best meals I have had for ages.staff are very friendly and helpfull.even while it is busy they take time out to help you

Full of kids, toilets upstairs were shut and everything was just a bit grim. Food was ok, what you'd expect from Maccies really, but hygiene was a bit grim

It’s worse that eating from the floor!!!
I needed to ask staff to clean the table that me and my family wanted to seat in and they still didn’t done it….
