nvm they gave me half a liter of coke zero and new nuggets yay

Terrible service. Delivering via justeat burgers without patties and do not answer their phones. Disgraceful!!

After deciding to give them another go after previously delivery missing items, they have really excelled themselves by delivering the completely wrong items and to add insult there was no receipt attached. Also the wrong items were worth far less value.

Countless online delivery orders where food arriving is of quality of waste product.
Milkshakes being consistency of water from being left out and essentially lost its temperature with strong smells. Happy meals and Big Macs sloppy where only hours later after consumption whole family has come down violently sick with food poisoning. Far too many occasions this has happened. Management is awful and extremely under qualified for the job. There is no structure in this branch it’s run by bafoons! I fail to believe that the 5 star rating shown on their windows is true this is likely outdated and in dire need of an inspection! Disgusting rodents shouldn’t be allowed to keep

Terrible, just seems to get worse and worse, milkshake and ice cream machine always not working (probably too lazy to clean them) food is cold and manky and to top it all off we were made to wait for our food (drive thru) and by the time it arrived the order was wrong so had to go into the restaurant and wait to collect my correct order and by the time we got our order and ate, it seems we overs stayed and received a parking fine of £60, we will not be using this restaurant again. It's a disgrace to McDonald's!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The ordering machines are often not working or have crashed.

I recently placed an order for pancakes and was given 3 spoons!! I've asked for an additional butter, been charged 20p and it's not even in the bag when I get home.

The food is very barely decent and the drive thru is a joke!!
I just sat at the ordering terminal for ages, the car alongside me which came in way after I did got served before me, l placed an order for a 6 nugget meal, coke and mcflurry only to be asked what my order was.

Criminal! Never, ever going back!

Avoid like the plague. In fact the plague is way better than this place...

absolutely awful, needs a new manager, so rude to costumers and takes absolutely forever. i waited 45 minutes for my meal and mcflurry before finally saying something. absolutely awful. once i finally recieved my food it was cold and the mcflurry was melted. Disgraceful. Needs new staff, the current ones are incompetent and terrible. If i could give it one star I would!

They close the doors at 11 instead of 12 as advertised which is fair I've come a long way and now they're telling me they can't save me even those advertised until 12 so I'm very disappointed otherwise it's a very nice bunch of McDonald's clean and tidy and meat good selection of food nice parking lots of free parking Outdoors and indoors heating wireless chargers and other charges for your devices they're not bad McDonald's but they should be open later than advertised
