McDonald's

Some recent experiences:
We ordered the special hot chocolate a little while ago, for a few in our group. All were very watery and not up to the standard of other McDonald's
I've had the same experience with coffee in the past
A few days ago I ordered two quarter pounder with cheese meals via the app, the first with no onions etc and the second with additional lettuce and mayo. Got home to find both burgers were the same, with nothing but ketchup in both, not even the usual onions etc in mine, even though mine had a sticker on it saying Add Mayo Add lettuce.

I judge each McDonald's on how they present the wraps amongst other things. Well, for this one, I have a request. Can you please train all other McDonalds how to wrap the wrap? Thank you. This one was perfect.

Apart from that, it's a nice newish place and well lit.

Really nice and convenient. Much tastier and cheaper than Route 5 next door!!
There was a nice lil colouring station with crayons for the children.
I had to clean the seat and table before we could sit down.
The staff cautiously smiled but didn't speak.

Staff really slow. Food missing ingredients.
I was having a legal 45 minute break, I was parked in a bay where I had only an hour, so had to make sure I was quick.

Ordered from McDonald’s and it took nearly 30 minutes to get my food. It was busy with drive thru but almost dead inside. Staff were ridiculously slow. When my order eventually arrived it was cold. The burger had the sauces missing. I didn’t dare complain because I’d have another 30 minute wait. I left with my meal half eaten.

The food was well constructed and hot, the wait was unacceptable. There was no logic to the order as they just seemed to be calling random numbers. Myself and my two friends had numbers directly after each other and it was a good 10 minutes between our orders being called. We only had EV meals and there were other orders fulfilled in between. Should have used the drive thru as although that had quite a queue it was moving much quicker than inside.

A typical Macdonalds restaurant, clean, quick service and the usual meal offerings. It wasn't too busy for a Monday night with plenty of seats available. No atmosphere but then what would you expect, a floor show!
Good value for money if you just need a quick place to eat and freshen up.

If I could give less than one star I would. For the second time the food was terrible. My first time the breakfast sausage McMuffin arrived after a 30 minute wait minus one of the buns. This time had a Big tasty which was cold and looked like it was thrown in the box. All of the bins outside were overflowing and for a new restaurant to be quiet frank it’s a dump. Well I won’t be back it has to be the worst mac Donald’s I have ever been too

I visited here revolt when I was traveling to Birmingham, I was with my daughter and she is always hungry!.

I was surprised that the place was so quiet when we arrived. Sericee was great, really fast and our order was correct.

The place is clean and staff friendly, nothing special, it is a McDonald's after all..but is definitely one of the better knes I have been to recently.
