McDonald's

One star is being generous - half filled portions of chips and burgers not made to the advertised ingredients (I ordered a 99p chicken mayo with cheese... received a bun, burger and cheese - no where did I specify no lettuce or no mayo). Countless issues at this chain - if it wasn't for the convenience of location, I would have given up coming here long ago. Countless complaints to head office seem to fall on deaf ears. Perhaps this store represents the quality McDonald's want to display. Disappointing.

Appalling!! I've never know such incompetent service!! I live quite close to Eureka park and for a while the delivery apps defaulted to this restaurant. We ordered several times as the kids love macdonald's but they NEVER get the order right. We then changed to Town Centre, who are outstanding by the way, but tonight it was too late and the place was closed. My teenager really wanted MacDonald's and I was hopeful that they had improved. This was far from the case. Once again there were missing items I ordered a wrap and one of the main characteristics of this is that the contents are WRAPPED in a tortilla. We'll, as you can see from the picture, the contents fell out, additionally it was 50% sauce and I couldn't eat it! Times are hard for us all at the moment and I feel I would have got the same satisfaction from just throwing my hard earned money in the bin!! Who is running this place?!! I will be visiting as many platforms as possible to spread the word! How can they keep getting away with it?

Worst experience!! After a shift at work (10:30pm) I thought me and my partner could quickly pop to McDonald’s for some food. Boy was I wrong! The woman who took my order was rude, literally sighed at us for ordering at a drive in. Then when we got to the food window we weren’t given our drinks and was told to park up. Which is fine but after 20 minutes the frustration was enough when 4 cars had been parked up, been given they’re food and left. So when asked the woman who was running was lovely. She said that we were still waiting on some food to cook. So that’s fine we waited. When we finally got our food we hadn’t received are drinks so after going through a drive through, waiting a ridiculous time I still had to go in. The manager didn’t even act suprised and all I got was a meaningless sorry. To then go home (in a heated car not even 10 minutes away) to find the sauces that went with my meal to not be there and my chips so cold and horrid. Bad experience

Five star review... and that is with a broken toilet.
Drive through ordered, waiting in bay. Daughter needs the loo. Sigh.
Inform drive through, go inside, gents out of order. Speak to someone on desk, she speaks to another person, they get the disabled loo key.
Bathroom break done, outside is a ye member waiting with our order.
Everyone was really helpful,my daughter was very grateful.
All done at school chucking out time, so really busy but all done with a smile.

Ordered for delivery via just eat, “Fast food “ came in 1.5hrs later on a Monday evening with missing items, no dips for sharer nugget box, under cooked wrap without any sauce inside and missing festive pie. Shocking!!!. Never order again.

Normal Mcdonald, service was quick. Food actually looked like the advertised photos. The milkshake machine was working.
Staff were friendly and helpful when an item ordered wasn't available. Cannot fault

Late night visit. Poor staff run off their feet 35 minutes to get a coffee. Tables covered in wrappers... but the staff were trying their best.

Staff need to double check hot chocolate drink consitency is right, drink watery. Excuse is that it had run out is not good enough as I can't take it back once on motorway.
Ps: Only happens at Eureka Park.
