McDonald's

Pulled in for a snack. Very nice and helpful member of staff ordered our food on the machine and we paid and sat down.

Very pleasant experience.

Shame they're not all this nice an experience.

One of the ladies working last night when I was there at 9.30pm was so lovely. Very helpful, offered to bring my food to 5aboe and complimented me. Good service! Also food was hot and freshly made.

Lovely food but we came through the drive through and my daughter didn't get her bacon roll .. so was left hungry and half the order wasnt right and then when my sister rang up they wouldn't answer or went silent and when she asked for a refund they said she would have to come back but that meant that more petrol would be used as we wasn't coming back that way and live in Medway. It's a shame because my food was lovely.. missing a extra sausage init but still lovely and hot.

Best McDonald's I've ever had . Food was cooked so fresh that it was too hot to eat straight away, makes a change from the normal luke warm slops you normally get from most McDonald's. Lovely

Useless got a drive thru on a long drive and theyve served me the wrong burger I can eat cheese clear instructions on box aswell says no cheese. Just go ten miles down the road to a McDonald's that can actually read

Always a good experience. They missed the burger bun with the onions this time and was slightly colder than usual. Was still very good and fast service. Customised cheeseburgers likely unwrapped and then customised rather than freshly cooked - was fine as meant less of a wait, as expected for a service station. Will visit again. Pitt stop rather than dining experience.

Not being a McDonald's fan and not being impressed By their company I very rarely ever use McDonald's but I do believe that some of their foods are very addictive cause you seem to see large queues out there

I asked for a banana and choc milkshake and the server said... let me ask the manager. She cane back to say we don't do mixed milkshakes, but don't worry, she whispered; I'll do it for you!l❤️

She deserves a pay rise and employee of Q1 for that!!!
