Absolutely brilliant. I work throughout the whole of the UK and seems to be one of the best in the country.
Friendly,engaging staff and the whole place immaculately clean.
I provided a very positive feedback and talked to lovely friendly and bubbly ladies.
One of them ,once more children in place,rewarded them with the little flags for their good behaviour.
Excellent atmosphere,global trade with a homey feel :))

A handy location within the retail outlets in Sturry. You access the drive through via the shopping car park, which can get a little crowded. Service was great and they offer the usual selection.

Drive thru really poor. Screens to view order weren't working, person taking order very slow and not getting it right. Tried to correct order at payment window, and was reassured it was now ok and payment was made. Then wrong order given anyway (meat instead of vegetarian). Not worth the trip, very disappointing.

Would give a zero star. Just went in here and ordered a big tasty as a large meal with chips and a coke with no ice, 9 chicken nuggets and a quarter pound. Got home, opened the bag, got no chips, everythjng is cold, coke had ice in and it is very flat!! I’m now left disappointed that I spent £16.31 on what exactly!!! And to make it worse because I didn’t get it delivered I can’t get a refund and can’t go back as the machine didn’t have paper for a receipt!!

As far as Mc Donald's go, this has to be one of the worst ones. Bearing in mind it is one that is owned by a company that has many franchises branches.
The milkshakes are always temporarily out of stock, which either means run out of stock, machine broken or they can't be bothered to clean it. Drive through is always slow, and they ask you to park up, then when you get your food it is usually cold.
Really wished they would sort this store out.

If you’re ordering McNuggets at the drive-through window, the dips will be missing for sure. I can guaranteer you, this is from my 4.5 years experience. I am writing this now because I cannot believe this happened to when I ordered pancake breakfast, the syrup was gone missing too. There must be a breakdown somewhere along the division of labour system.

Placed app order to deliver to parking bay, 25 minutes later asked staff how much longer, said she would go and check, 10 minutes later nothing, went in and was told they will do straight away and bring out, brought wrong order. Had to wait again for correct order. 50 minutes to get correct food???? One member of staff said well we are busy.

Get what you expect, they did forget one small part of my order but speedily remedied the issue. Fries were a little soggy but rest was nice.
