McDonald's

Clean, well maintained and well organized. Plenty of space to eat inside and sometimes quite crowded.Wheelchair accessible but it's broken they need to fix it

My US based credit card didn't work here. I went to the counter to pay for the kiosk order and after some fiddling I was asked to step aside while they worked on it. But, they just waited on the long line of people behind me. I gave up on trying to get the order.

I have to say I was very disappointed with Mcdonalds today but I can't blame the staff as they were clearly understaffed but as a result the food was cold/uncooked and the ladies announcing the orders were very quiet over the amount of people waiting for their orders. Also it is NOT a 24hr service as I went there this morning at 4:30am to find out it was shut until 5am!! Was not happy when I was hungry after an amazing night out. This will be a complaint to the head office.

OMG!🤬 22 mins to get our meals wife and I only ordered 2 new crispy chicken sandwichs meals, I was seconds away for requesting a refund, plus the place is a mess this is the second worst McDonald's I have visited. This is known as fast food restaurant I think McDonald's have lost the plot or don't care! Never again will I visit this branch. Do yourself a favour and stay away unless you have time and don't mind mess and rude staff.

Sooooo long to be served ! Some food missing, very Bad organisation... Burgers are cold with no melt cheese, half of fries are cold ... too much Time lost in there. And some weird people who want to sale you dirty magazines putting it on your food 🤢
Worst McDonald's experience ever for me.

They are gross. They are touching the foods without gloves and then touching everywhere’s. Giving deliveries, packing, touching walls all with the same hand. They make wrap on empty surfaces on the table. One of the stuff I went to toilet with. He did not even wash his hands. That’s how you get food poison and do pressure on nhs.

Pointless visit, Sat and waited 25 minutes and no waiter. Heard other people complaining about food tasting weird, another couple waited 30 minutes to receive their bill. Lucky escape I think. Went to Nandos instead.

Food service is exceptionally slow. Seems delivery orders these days are given priority with barely enough staff to work

I ordered literally a cheeseburger and fries, took over 10 minutes!

It really shouldn't take this long.
