KFC Caterham - The Square

Nice roomy comfortable seating area. Good value meal deals at £6.50 drink included. I enjoyed the gravy dip.

I have been to many KFC's in my life. This has to be the worst I've ever been to. Today I was traumatised, I didn't expect my chicken to come with feathers as an add on. If I'd known I would have declined the option. Items on my order were missing. Staff would appear to not know the difference between BBQ sauce and garlic mayo. At least the chips were clean, having had a bath before arrival. Rather soggy and lacking any flavour.

KFC CON!
I did a mobile order for a Fillet Tower Box Meal ans a Fillet Burger on its own. After arriving home I found there was no Fillet Burger in bag.
I was too tired after work to drive back just to pick up a burger.

This is either a con or the staff as so poorly trained, not rocket science to be able to count couple of burgers!!

The restaurant looks amazing it's changed since the last time I was here staff are more professional and friendly as well I will defiantly come back here

Only got 7 peace of chicken in my 10 peace and did not put in my filet burger which I added on top of my order made by kfc app they did not even answer there phone

Really quite bad. Fillet tower burger was dreadful. Chicken was old and dry, hash brown was just mush. The boneless strips were also terrible - 2 of them were dry as sand, and the other, whilst being more moist, the batter was just soggy. The fries were an absolute joke. Disgusting, soggy, sad fries that had clearly been sat there for ages. The only thing that actually tasted somewhat fresh was the popcorn chicken. I get the impression that the staff are straight up lazy, and couldn’t care less about customer experience. It’s really not a difficult job - just put some effort in and stop cutting corners.

Excellent service staff have improved drastically since remodel food was fresh and facilities were very clean new server adwaith did great job

The men's toilet was absolutely disgusting. With no soap or hot water, and the toilet overflowing with urine. I asked the manager for some soap after we had finished eating and he told me that there was none on the premises. There was absolutely no hygiene practiced whatsoever in the place. Avoid unless you want to get sick.
