Just got a big Mac meal firstly no chips in the bag then to top it off halfway through eating the big Mac a large hair was in the food absolutely gross. Have tried to call but no one answers . I'll keep the hair for you.

This was our first time visiting this location of McDonald’s and we had a great experience. The car park is a little tight but otherwise good with good with some vehicle accessible bins. The entrance was accessible but the seating area was a little tight in places. The staff were very friendly and approachable. There was an interactive projector for the children to play with as well.

As McDonald’s go this one is pretty solid. Decent car park, average wait time, food was standard McDonald’s and all arrived fine. Table was a bit dirty so we moved to stools which were fine.

If I could give a zero feedback I would - ordered breakfast through Just eat from Hylton Road McDonalds, order arrived and drinks were spilt over food, we turned food away as it was ruined. Phoned and spoke to the manager who not only put the phone down on us but was unwilling to help and refused to replace the order! Absolutely disgusting customer service, he did nothing to help us! No food and no refund, reported to Just Eat and its going to take 2 days to review it!

Due to the masses of delivery drivers in this place don't expect quick service. It took them 15 minutes to produce 1 bacon roll. Not a good smell in this place either. Atmosphere poor. Other Worcester Macs far better

7.30 pm Sunday night. Lost another star: chips old tasting, rather slow, mayo chicken very dry. Every other time I've been given a paper with code the complain. First time I would but no paper! More or less as I remember McDs from prepandemic. Chips not properly crispy though. Burgers what they should be.

For dietary reason, I ordered a burger and requested no cheese. Despite there being a sticker that stated there wasn't any, my burger was covered in cheese. Due to my SEVERE ALLERGY to dairy, it was inedible and I couldn't get through via the phone to complaine and sort the issue. Are their staff careless or just incompetent??

The wait here is getting longer and longer every visit.
Yesterday we did click and serve, finally food came out which had 3 cars orders on same tray, so clearly they'd just been waiting to do one trip, letting food go cold. If you're crazy busy turn off the user eats orders , the car park is over run with drivers and they're dangerous with their speeding and parking anywhere.
Table was a bit dirty so we moved to stools which were fine.

If you're crazy busy turn off the user eats orders , the car park is over run with drivers and they're dangerous with their speeding and parking anywhere.
Also no sugar brought out for coffees .
