KFC Stanway - Stane Leisure Park

Genuinely cannot fathom how this place is still open! Only been there a handful of times and every single time they get the order wrong, generally by leaving out part of the order and the food they "get right" is never cooked properly. I would complain about the miserable staff but I can understand why they are that way, people must have a go at them all the time! Today I ordered 1 boneless banquet for my son and fries for me and they just didn't bother putting the fries in which obviously wasn't noticed untill we had pulled out of the carpark and as the traffic in the car park was so bad I cba to go back!
It does not deserve even half a star!

By far THE WORST KFC I have had.
I went in with the family. Ordered a twister wrap meal thing and I got a wrap two pieces of cold dry chicken and some coleslaw....... that is it. The best part was the drink but that come out of a tap.

The best KFC I have ever been to.

The gravy is top notch and the food is always hot and delicious.

Lovely staff and friendly atmosphere in the restaurant at anytime of day.

Unbelievable, waiting for more than 25 minutes for fried chicken. KFC as fried chicken restaurant of fast food should have it coming out on the minute. Hope it improves.

I think the only reason this place is still considered fast food is because they have to chase the chicken for every order. Ordered online. Had a 20 minute wait at the order window. No apology, no greeting. Food was a mess. I think they throw the burger against wall before serving. Perhaps down to the frustration catching the chicken? Who knows. Personally, I'd give it a miss if I were you!

Used drive through and by the time we finally got to the window, was told that there was no rice, no cold drinks and no ice cream. Would have been useful to have had a sign up to advise this before entering the drive-through. It also took over 10 minutes of sitting at the window for the food to come. Very frustrating. The man on the window was not particularly friendly and was too busy chatting to his colleagues than to serve customers.

Update: got the food home and 2 portions of chips and 4 pieces of chicken were missing. What we had was good, but the service was awful. Won't bother again.

Unfortunately the food from this KFC never seems to hit the standards that I’m sure KFC would like to achieve. Chips were like warm and the Chicken was very Oily. Store seems to be overrun with delivery drivers waiting for their orders and bins always overflowing.

Took me 10 mins from joining the drive thru queue to ordering (with 1 car ahead of me) which wasn't a great start... then a 35 minute wait to get from the payment window to the collection window. At which point I was asked what my order was again as they had completely lost it....

When I got my order it certainly tasted like it had been waiting the 45 minutes I had...

No sign of a manager, only 1 apology from a staff member who was running around like a headless chicken with the usual other ones standing around doing naff all. Absolutely unacceptable service today. No wonder you had people reversing out the drive thru to get away. I would have joined them if not boxed in!
