The quality of the food on this day was unfortunately very disappointing. Burger buns were over cooked and full with grease. I asked the manager to change it which he did and my replacement was exactly the same. I was made to feel like I was just an inconvenience. Even when comparing the quality of my meal to another's on my table, which looked as it should. On a better note my server was lovely and polite and delivered great customer service, even though I did leave very underwelmed. Also to note this establishment coffee machine switches off to clean at 11am. Which I believe is very inconvenience as it's just as lunch starts. Maybe they should reset it to clean before the store opens, as to not leave customers disappointed at not being able to get A coffee at this time of the day.

We are a house of 4 and ordered a meal for everyone and all that was delivered was a burger and some water. How difficult is it to get an order correct?! I had the option of calling the restaurant to resolve the issue, but they don’t answer. Terrible service. Don’t bother ordering from here if you are hungry

Ordered a meal a 17:30 and it hasnt arrived. Drove down the restaurant to find out what was happening. The manager told me my order was there cooked and had been for the last hour, just waiting to be collected but there were no drivers. This was funny as there were four waiting outside. The manager was rude, didn't really care which is a general theme with this restaurant. As yet we are still waiting for this order to be delivered. I would avoid this restaurant and definitely via justeat its one disaster after another with this place.........I'm just curious when we will get this order!

Just eat cancelled order saying its been delivered at 18:00

This place is a disgrace to the McDonald's name. Just ordered breakfast through the app. Well it turned up and two items were missing, the uber driver apologised saying that was all he was given. Rang macdonalds and the person was extremely rude and unhelpful and couldnt care less about our problem. The food was not that much better, one of the mcmuffins had half a muffin missing and was dripping in grease. I just hope McDonald's top brass see this as wandsworth southside McDonald's is destroying its reputation in my eyes

This is the worst macdonalds ive been too even though its quite new

Always takes forever to order food even when theres no customers and always missing items

I waited 15mins for my order 4 burgers and 2 chips and a drink and it was missing 2 burgers and a drink. I noticed the drink missing so they gave to me but didnt realize burgers were missing till i got home. Burgers were also cold

Also they dont use the number system properly/there was no paper reciept in till/staff on their phones

They give a bad name to the brand macdonalds

Such a disappointing Franchise, Im amazed their isn't better quality control via the Franchisor. Not only is the food substandard but their attitude towards complaints and delivering on their promise unacceptable.

This is regarding Uber eats order 3B23D. I ordered two items, cheese dippers and a McPlant sandwich. The cheese dippers were not in the bag, instead a pack of fries was. The McPlant was empty, it only had a shed load of ketchup, salad and cheese - it had been made without any care, with ketchup on the top of the bun. Uber eats has given me a partial refund of a third of the value of the order. It’s really not them, but the restaurant hence I’m writing this review. As of Uber, it’s like ordering a cheese sandwich with a packet of crisps for £3, and being given two slices of bread without any cheese, and no crisps, and being told when complaining, here’s £1 back.

Please sort this out, complete nonsense. It’s not about the money, it’s the principle.

My meal was nice so I can't complain there. There only thing is that this MC Donald's is always really really busy & you can't order ahead via the app which is a little annoying. They also don't have screen to order from so you have to queue. Could do with a bit of an update
