McDonald's

The McPlant burger looks nothing like the one advertised. Not even a slice of tomato.
I reckon McDonald's owe me a burger, cos this one's a joke. Day light robbery.

So I have been since.. and the plant burger has improved. So I'm gonna up the stars from 1 to a 3

The waiting time is annoying sometimes.
If that improves I'll up the stars some more.

Went here at 7:30am, cleaning lady was very pleasant saying good morning and having a quick chat about the weather. Lots of seating, toilets are clean and tidy. Lots of parking with spaces for disabled persons too. Staff very friendly and well mannered. Drive-through is 24 hours.

As far as McDonald's goes this is about as standard as you get. Nothing bad but your not eating at a fine dining restaurant.

Service is needing to be improved. In the drive through there are 2 lanes but on the last few visits anyone in the right lane seems to have to wait 3 turns of the other lane to get an order in. The last time I said out this and was told to just go to the window so after queuing to get through and order I had to then wait in the bay for food to be prepared. Why not just take the order rather than send me into another queue. My partner had the same experience in the right lane taking an age to be served Vs the left lane.

During the 12-2 rush there are about 7375 kids in and a large queue to be served. A long wait if you order on the app. They do look to try and limit the number of kids coming in but it is still full to busting. This is a regular occurrence during the week. The staff apologise for the waits but it never changes.

Orders are generally correct about I have occasionally had an item missing. Stick an email to customer services and you'll get a voucher to make up for it

Ordered standard menu items. 3 happy meals and two adult meals. Given drinks in drive thru and told to park up. After twenty min went inside to see our food sat behind the counter. Food delivery drivers are given priority. Managers don’t care when I complained. Said it was busy and that was it. No apologies or offer to replace food. Chips are never hot or filled full. Go kfc instead.

25 minute in drive through 11:40pm Wednesday night, two cars a head of us. Night manager told me it’s slower at night as there aren’t as many staff and “it’s cooked fresher at night so takes longer” No apology from any staff for applying attitude or delay. Burger was Luke warm!
Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had.

Food was lovely. My daughter can't have dairy, and cheese was in her bun. They were friendly and helpful enough to change it for us. Sunday morning staff 27/11/2022. Thank you 😊

I don't know why Colne McDonald's gets so much flack! I go regularly and never had a problem.
The staff are superb and always friendly.. The manager Bethany couldn't do enough for me and Jackie, Owsis, Lyndsay and Barbara are all fab. You all make my day. Cheryl isn't bad either lol. Great job guys keep up the good work I really appreciate you all.

came the other day, front staff were stood around doing nothing while i was waiting ages for my order to be packed. i could see it had already been made but the person on front was too busy chatting with other colegues than pack peoples orders, all customers were getting agitated. went back again today through drive through, only to get home and realise half my order is missing so now half my family is left without their tea. food is pretty cold a lot of the time too
