McDonald's

Been here many times and it really is normally good. Sometimes get extra nuggets and the people are so much better and kinder than those at the kfc. Only losing a star due to giving me the wrong burger 2 times in a row. And it was both the same burger.

Had breakfast here, ordered the new ultimate mcmuffin meals which come with sausage and bacon and ketchup or brown sauce. The one I ordered with brown sauce had ketchup in and no brown sauce, and the ketchup and no butter one which was labelled no butter, had butter in. The manager on shift did quite promptly and without question replace both meals appropriately and apologise, which was certainly a redeeming factor. My main feedback with the mcmuffins is that they could do with more sauce as there was barely a thin spread, which could be personal preference but as that is one of the selling factors I would expect the saucy addition to be obvious. The coffees were absolutely lovely as usual though.

Our group of 100 people had a fantastic experience at Beaconsfield McDonalds. We booked and ordered in advance; they were flexible and accommodating of our arrival time. They catered brilliantly for people with anaphylactic allergic reactions and other dietary requirements. All food was ready promptly and they even helped us to distribute it. On the day, Jeetu co-ordinated our visit; she was absolutely amazing. We can't thank her enough. Also, Samit was incredibly helpful in arranging our visit in advance. This will definitely be our 'go-to' stop in the future. Thanks to everyone that helped cook for us and serve.

It's popular and therefore busy. The restaurant forms part of a food court with general seating.. Loots of people standing waiting for orders but you can use app.

So the trouble with walking in is the time it takes to get your order. There are just so many just eats or uber eats type orders also going through on the apps that it takes over 20mins just to get a standard meal..
As a result its quite common to get luke warm food.... this is typical in most restaurants now.

Becoming like a drive thru with bad service.Got home for my child to bite into this lil beauty.When complained was promised goodwill vouchers that never arrived and the complain department telling me I maybe made this up.Disgusting and disappointing.Own up for your mistakes rather than blame customers.Can just imagine what goes on in that kitchen if you dont even notice mould like that on the bun😑

I've always had s great experience here. The waiting areas and ordering areas are ample for this setting. There is more seating areas which are used by all persons wishing to make a stop here.

There is always the difference between getting food from a busy Mc Donald’s to getting it from a not so busy Mc Donald’s. Unfortunately, if you get it from my busy McDonald’s, the food quality lacks, which is evident either this one unfortunately
