McDonald's

This McDonald's is always so slow. They really need to sort this place out. You can easily wait 15-20 mins which is a bit much for 'fast food'.

Unfortunately, they always get the order wrong. It doesn't matter if I use Just Eat, the drive through or go in person. Recently I ordered 2 chicken select meals using Just Eat. In the notes I requested that they include the dips as not given in a previous order.
When the order arrived - no dips. Driver said unable to check if all items included. Immediately called the branch and a person claiming to be the manager (Tom Thorpe) basically suggested that I come and collect the dips or add in the notes for the driver to check the order. Surely it's the responsibility of McDonald's staff to ensure the order is correct before giving them to the driver!
I was totally shocked by his solutions and lack of understanding and appreciation for my complaint. He said that he would look into the matter, but didn't ask for my name or any other details.
It is really disappointing to have such consistently bad service.
Looks like it will be a long while before I use this McDonald's again

Banging quarter pounder with cheese came hot. Fast service some days depends how busy. Friendly staff. Calm atmosphere although they have 24 hour security on the door. Can get busy at times especially after school

I really hate to leave a bad review as I'm sure staff are doing their best but since the new 'order from a screen' version of the store began it always takes ages to get your food. Minimum 20 mins usually. Loads of delivery drivers desperate to collect their orders waiting ages as well. This is not fast food anymore.

Floppy vegan burger.i had to wait so long for the chips,which were not crispy but floppy,for me it's the worse thing I've put in my mouth to call food....The only good thing was how they adopted a minimumlistic technique when it comes to staffing (by operating a self service ordering system,that accepts contactless).i believe they might of compromised their efficiency by only having one fryer instead of two on the chips,and dedicated one primarily to vegan food...which slows them down solid to the point that the food,or rather the food I had wasn't up to part...not worth repeating. Your given the opportunity to customise your experience,mine was missing quite a lot,and what it did have,like the onions,you had to look twice to notice them

We stopped here for a very early breakfast whilst trying to get an unsettled little one to sleep after she picked up an infection. We drove around for a while, passing McDonald’s so we went back around the one way system, ordered two sausage and egg McMuffin meals and scored some free waffles as we had to wait for fresh hot and tasty hash browns. We also went for coffees. The whole meal was deserved and a big lift of our spirits given we’d had about two hours sleep all night. We don’t have McDonald’s often so it was definitely a real treat.

A normal mc donnalds that rarely get orders right and can't really get your food delivered with what you want, when you get 20 chicken nuggets they don't put your sauce in the bag and milkshakes taste like a mixture of 2 flavors. Very upset.
