Never gets my order right. First time I went received a Big Mac asked for no onions or pickles, but they still came on it. Second time gave me a half full Big Mac!!!! So disappointed

They clean the tables and seats often upstairs and are very nice about it! Thank you to the guy with glasses yesterday who cleaned so well just about when my mom was gonna go take a seat.

Not a great experience. 2pm on a Sunday was quite busy and yet the staff stood around having a great time chatting. Also noticed staff don't wear gloves in the kitchens anymore or maybe there's a higher food prep standard in Ireland. Won't be back

Hi, want to share my opinion with this spot. We ordered food for 3 people. Hot chocolate deluxe was served as a boiling water without any chocolate or flavour in there. Just water. One of cheeseburgers was without any sauces and smashed. Chips were cold and like a rock. Toffy latte was with some drops of oil inside (that's disgusting). Our evening was ruined after long walk around Central London. Not recommend this place to anyone.

Nice clean outlet. Seating is a bit of an issue for an outlet that appears to have quite a sizeable footfall. Staff are very efficient and friendly

Just been here for breakfast and please share your feedback with the manager of the branch. A woman in her mid 40, dark hair . Such a warm customer service, she was serving a coffee to a regular having a small chat and smiling to him, dancing and giving a very good morning to everyone. Thank you! Your customer service ( and pancakes) made my day :)

The Mc-Plant is basic but for the price is satisfying..if you get the meal is definitely worth it.. to consider that is obviously a big chain where all the rest of the food is not vegan so is up to you.. but flavor is there i think they could add a little more in the burger but you know... for that price what u can expect...

The manager Joanna is the most self centred person ever. Just because she wants her own bonus and cannot provide hours, she will blame it on her employees stating they’re not good enough. I’ve had a few friends work here and they’ve had the worst experience ever. To anyone who wants to work here, I recommend not to take the job.
