KFC Nuneaton - Bermuda Park

Unclean to say the least. No clean tables to sit at, bins over flowing with rubbish, food scattered across the dirty un mopped floor. Staff informed of this but simply shrugged shoulders and said we have been busy. Will not be returning any time soon.

Reasonably clean - for a modern-day fast food outlet. 🤔

Rather annoyed at myself for forgetting that KFC use only 'Halal' brutally slaughtered chicken. 🔪🐥

I bought a three piece single meal with fries and small cola. It cost £5.45. The fries were soggy and very few of them, the chicken was very small and the cola was filled with ice. 🍟🐔🏔️

Worth £5.45 ? Not a chance - just another modern-day rip-off, if I'm honest. 💷

Would I recommend this KFC ? If you like KFC then this is an average outlet and reasonably clean. Parking is adequate, too. For me, the Halal is the no-no. I prefer meat which has been humanely slaughtered - not treated with contempt because of a ceremony. 🤔

Service a little slower than it could have been. There was no queue but it took a couple of minutes for one of the 3 staff to acknowledge us. Food was served quite quickly, though.
I'm not a huge fan of fast food but was treating my son. I had the rice box, which I thought was a great addition as a slightly healthier option.
The menu choice isn't huge but is simple and what I'd expect, especially considering it is only a small restaurant.
It was a bit more expensive than expected but £17 for two meals isn't too bad.

What an experience. Not only does one visit for a family of 4 cost more than a months worth of shopping....the staff are like zombies with no brains or emotion. They do not hear you. They do not see you. They stand there staring out into the night sky. They hand over any food they like, wothput checking your order. They do not give straws or cutlery. They leave out any sauces and napkins and you have repeat yourself 10 times to get a anything. You get hiven incorrect change & a longer wait time than a bus. get a grip KFC and invest in some employees that actually care. The bins are overflowing with rubbish, but hopefully Rats it brings will serve up a burger that isn't falling out of the box! I think considering all this and the cost of living, this will be my last visit to a KFC. They won't last long, society just cannot afford to keep going this way .

We waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes, no cars in front of us moved so we reversed out and went into store. It took 5 minutes for anyone to greet us in the store. We ordered our boneless feast, with mash as a side. We waited 10 minutes to receive our food, only to be told there was no mash. Had we have been told this when we ordered, we would not have placed an order and would have gone elsewhere. We then asked for a refund for the food, which took another 10 minutes to sort because the Team Leader did not know how to do the refund. Him and his colleague were also talking in another language in front of us at the desk so we had no idea what they were talking about. Absolutely awful service, would not recommend to anyone.

Chips cold. Burger not much warmer. Staff more concerned with serving delivery drivers than those in store. Could all do with learning to smile. Had to clean a table to sit down - only 4 tables taken, but every table dirty. Floor also dirty. Will not be visiting again - yuk!

Had a twister wrap meal... Food was ice cold when I got it, home was a 5 minute drive away and the chicken was like it had been left out for hours, chips were bland and again - cold, asked for cheese on the wrap, got none.

Only good thing was the Robinson's drink I had.

Polite and helpful staff, food was hot and correct. Wipes, salt, etc all included without having to ask. Fast service with a smile, I was a happy finger licking guy after this visit 😄
