McDonald's

The lettuce they use in sandwich was not fresh at all ! Upstairs seats are torn apart and table not cleaned often. Bad experience I had here !
Normally I like McDonald’s.

Food: Acceptable.
Customer service: very bad.
Toilets: the worst, always dirty and bad smell.
Order: they always forget a product. Cashiers/payment: they cannot control money.
General rating: on a scale from 1 to 10= -0. If there were less than zero they would have that qualification.

What a bad experience.
Not enough tables since 1st floor was closed, they were already cleaning it at 8pm.
The crew was far from welcoming, they seemed too busy waiting for time to pass, I had to ask for towels they threw them to me.
The floor was dirty.
All tables were full of garbage, we had to clean the table by ourselves.
The bin was also full, noticed it to the working team but 30mn later nothing changes.
That's waaay far from mac donald hygien and service standard I know.
Despicable.

The McGangbang was quite nice and great value for money. A combination of the triple cheeseburger and chicken mayo (remove the top bun). Worth a try for adventurous fast food patroons.

We have been waiting for 25+ minutes and still not received our meal. It has only just shown up as ‘preparing’.

Staff moving extremely slow and with no urgency. Typically I would feel quite sorry for the staff in these situations but the manager not the staff seem to care. This is also evident by the amount of rubbish and dirty tables in the restaurant.

McDonalds HQ, I would recommend sending someone in to sort this store out. This is beyond anything I’ve seen before.

First things first, I ordered a bacon chicken sandwich and this is what I got. Ripped up beef patties. Bacon wasn't even in the sandwich but thrown in the wrapper. Staff seemed fine but what is this? Not chicken and not even together right. I got takeaway so didn't see it till I got home. Order wasn't big so I assumed they could complete it right. I will not be assuming that again haha

Extremely small! The place is super dirty, the tables aren't clean, the outlets don't work at all. The time to take your order is very long! How can this restaurant still exist in a wonderful capital? Ashamed ! The food is okay.

16 min waiting time for a bacon Tasty and a fanta... Fries come cold and soggy. Funny the place is not busy, I'm sitting with empty tables around me... The delivery guys are coming in and out, looks like this is the order priority for the staff working here. Not so fast food anymore .
