KFC London - Earls Court Road

Overall - Sub par customer service and poor cleanliness have left me unimpressed. Unless you really want KFC in Earl's Court and getting take away I'd suggest go elsewhere.

THE PLACE - When I initially came in there was rubbish everywhere. There was a guy cleaning but it's really not a great first look. I didn't feel comfortable putting my bag down.

THE STAFF - Generally polite. I ordered 3pc chicken on it's own to eat in. The guy serving gave it to me in a take away bag with no tissues or wet wipes. One thing I noticed while waiting was that a few customers didn't get the right order and one member of staff was suggesting the customer wasn't being clear (which could be true but again doesn't look great).

THE FOOD - I can only judge the chicken which tasted fine. It's KFC after all. It was a bit greasier than other places though so having the wipes would have really helped.

I got kids popcorn chicken bucket. They run out of pineapple, chips was burnt and pop corn chicken was cold. Staff said there was someone there who was new and that’s why there’s issues with order. Not acceptable. Visit at own risk. The burger which they replaced for the pineapple looked broken and eaten what even is that. Very disappointing. Service was also super slow. -10/10.

I think this is now the worst KFC in London . After my last experience 2 months ago where they missed several items in my order. Chips were cold, a pot of gravy with no gravy in it, poor service waiting for ever to receive order etc etc etc...I thought I would give them a second chance to get it right. What a shambles 45 minutes later after first walking into kfc my chicken was sitting on the side going cold whilst they were cooking more chips ..my order encluded several side orders but only told me 20 minutes later they had no coleslaw. No gravy. No rice. No this no that shocking. On top of that the young girl serving was very rude and argumentative..had to ask for my money back along with lots of other irate customers asking for there money too.. I will never go back again..the place is a disaster the floors are filthy. Sides are filthy the serving counter was filthy un washed with stains...I think environmental health officers should pay them a visit .

Avoid, got food poisoning here.
Recently ordered the Boneless Banquet box here at night on the 28 July. Ate it, and felt incredibly ill the next where I threw up. I tried eating white bread or drinking water but that came out as well. I was Ill and couldn’t really consume anything for about 3 days until my stomach recovered.

Awful. The chicken on the burger wasn't fresh. The whole place smells awful. It's dirty too. The toilets are disgusting. At least the manager gave me a refund but it will take 1 week to come back to my account apparently.

Ordered from self service no receipt, got told chicken was cooking be about 15minutes, guessing they get measured on how long orders wait as ours came off screen as well as someone else's, Got food 40 minutes after ordering, chicken and beans were hot, burger was cold and chips were slightly warm ... Staff were just standing around, saw girls who were cooking on their phone, there was no urgency from anyone, better organization needed.

Ordered 10 wings, zinger stacker, 3 piece chicken meal.

Got 4 messed up pieces of chicken, no wings (as in none at all, insanity) and a zinger stacker that had nothing but chicken and a bit of salad and mayo in it, no cheese.

What? Yeah, negative 5 stars please.
