Subway Shoreditch

Been here in june 2022 with my friends around 7 of them. We had a great time. Although we went during the closing time, the sandwich artist entertained all our requests and made delicious subs for all of us. He is an Indian guy with an amazing attitude towards customers. Great to see such amazing hospitality from the sandwich artist!

Just got it delivered, i give 2 stars only for delivery, and reason is, my subway contained salad and sauce. The tuna was no where to be seen, and cheese magically disappeared 😂 I do understand you're giving 20%off on ur deliveroo menu, but do you really expect your customers to fill their own subs with tinned tuna from pantry? Literally bread and salad 😭 I have previously ordered here and never had this experience.

Quite possibly the strangest visit to a subway ever.
Went in with my husband and everything seemed fine. He got his sandwich no issue.
My turn. I got ignored. My husband had to order for me.
I chose my bread and the guy made this strange sound, that he's obviously perfected to a tee because someone else immediately took over
They asked me if I wanted double cheese and literally those were the only words that were said to me whilst I was there.
It was really quite unwelcoming and I can only assume it's because I'm a woman. Why was my husband spoken to but not me?

Sandwich ok but service seriously needs looking at.
These other comments about great service can only mean 1) different staff 2) reviews from friends 3) there wasn't a woman ordering

Having been to this store many times, I can honestly say that it's got to be one of my favorite Subway restaurants. Friendly service, great food, comforting environment and most please visit the Subway Shoreditch.

One of the staff Krupa such a rude and attitude girl in that and basically I paid normally £7-8 normally but she charges £11.18. When I asked her about the footlong veggie Pattie than she said 7.99 and I paid more than that. Such a bad manner person in that. Bad service.

I ordered veggie pattie footlong and one of the staff her name is Krupa charges more than that normal price i had it before same store £7-8 and she said price gone up. How its possible i paid £11.18 for that and very rude person.

They did not accept a valid coupon I had received in the post so I will be contacting the brand management to see if that is allowed. They also tried to charge me for extra cheese which never happens in other Subways. They threw my sub in the trash when I said they need to honour the coupon. Sick.

I look forward to every instance of coming into this specific Subway, Krupa and the others do a fantastic job, making every sandwich with love! 10/10 Would recommend.
