This is the best kfc I have visited. Lady staffs are Always very friendly, chicken always are properly cooked. Much better than the hammersmith branch in terms of food and services. They did forget some items twice out of the many orders I placed over the years but I still love how good the food and services they provide.

This KFC had large cups but no lids for them. They had to put a regular lid on the large cups, I found this very weird why would you have large cups and no lids. I had to walk with the drinks and lids kept popping off. The large chips didn't have the correct packaging as advertised they just threw more chips on top of the regular fries. While I understand they are just employees of a large corporation I think they need to either offer products as advertised or not at all. The employees had no customer service skills. KFC need to do better at this particular branch.

Got a gravy box.No box just all the food piled into a bag with gravy pot on the bottom. Wings were dry chicken filet was dry chicken piece ok and chips ok Tried to complain but they looked at me if there was nothing to be concerned about. Terrible service

Came at 8:45 pm and they close at 10pm . There was a promotion by the window 20 pieces of chicken wings for £5.99 and yet they told me it's out of stock. They said because it's closing time they are not cooking anymore chicken wings. Someone from KFC really need to consider visiting this shop as they do not care about customers at all

Almost every time , one or more item of food are left out of my order and when I call to inform or rectify the issue there is no response. Unfortunately this is my local KFC and when I go in to order, I let them know that this has been the case on previous occasions and they say that they will ensure that it won’t happen again but sadly I walk away with the same issue again and again . Bad service and I am 100% sure they do this regularly to save money so this is pure theft from customers .

Ordered dinner tonight 6 piece bucket with sides..The 6 pieces of chicken, 2 regular fries & baked beans were missing only had 8 hot wings small popcorn and 2 regular fries to share with 4 people wasn’t enough I couldn’t get through to KFC… Just some advice always check it twice before sending it out it’s okay we got a refund from Uber Eats but we just wanted our food!

Rude staff, small pieces and never give you what you want. Hopefully the guys in KFC HQ will come and do an inspection on this place. Gives the brand a very bad reputation.

Unfortunately i need to delete this place from my memory, today i had very bad experiences with the people from this branch, i run to this place to order some hot wings and even with the plate full of hot wings they refused to sell me and they told me is wings only for delivery, i mean was not sold , they keeping for delivery orders, no burgers, no wraps , one hour till they closing but probably to relax they don’t want to fry more wings and what they have to sell slowly through delivery.
